I went in to get my passport and the staff was great! It was fun and I learned a few things through the process.

So unreliable. They returned my dresser because “it didn’t fit in the mailbox.” How are we paying these people? I’m disabled which is why I order through the mail. Picking my stuff up from the post office because the delivery driver can’t be bothered, is not an option for me. It’s 2023 and they’re not capable of delivering packages larger than an envelope? They don’t even attempt to deliver. Lazy

We’ve lived in northeast for just over a year and have had nothing but issues with our mailman. He pick and chooses what days he feels like delivering Mail and on the days he doesn’t feel like stopping (we have informed delivery) we never once get a yellow slip in the mail. In the last 14 months we’ve had to go to the post office 10 times to get our Mail, reported our mailman on the usps website multiple times and the manager does nothing to help resolve the issue. I have to go in yet again today because apparently four days ago there was an “attempted delivery” for a fricken envelope. I wish it was possible to have a HarborCreek mailman come to our house because they are fantastic. Don’t move to north east if you want to actually receive Mail. Attached picture is how much mail was “attempted” to be delivered last time we went in.

Not a big fan, I would typically keep my negative opinions to myself but its not just me, it's all my neighbors too. We moved to the new townhomes on the old college campus a few months ago and we have a community mailbox. There is an access road that passes every one of our front doors, yet, if the mailperson cannot fit something into our tiny mailbox, they will not even attempt to deliver it to our doors, they just leave it at the post office and tell us to come get it. I don't have a car, and work 9-5, so this is a huge inconvenience to me. This is the reason I order larger items to be delivered. Amazon, UPS, grub hub, uber eats - every other delivery service has managed to figure it out but the ones who get paid the most are too lazy to walk up to a door? They're very rude. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The mail person doesn't latch the mail box, as a result, my mail is wet quite often.

My home base is here. I travel for work all over the states, and this is literally the worst post office I've been to. Staff could be much better.

Extremely rude lady threw my package at me. Got mad when i said the price for it was over my price limit. Won't be going back. Would much rather go to Westfield. Every postal service place has the most miserable experience and employees. Hire better workers

Called here today and talked to someone named Dan, completely rude and unprofessional, I asked a simple question and he replied “ we aren’t going to hold up our staff to find your package” and said it an extremely rude way, upon me telling him I didn’t appreciate the rudeness he belittled me and talked to me like a child saying he shouldn’t have had to explain things to me several times. So whoever Dan is, I hope you get fired.

Poor and disrespectful worker. Can’t believe he still has a job.

The superviser/manager lacks basics managing skills. I walked there to voice my concern and express my experience about our mail service in the past two years at our residence, however, he was arguing with me that what I feel or experienced is wrong, which was very strange.First rule in management is to listen to the concerns, analyse it and take actions if needed. He was not even willing to listen. I understand that the postmen/postwomen are poorly paid and they work hard in rain and shine, but with a good management, great things can be achieved. North East deserves better.

There are comments here about unprofessional staff at the office. I would confirm that. A guy named Robert is always angry at something and harasses you if you make a mistake.I understand postmen are underpaid but that is not a reason to do a poor job, important documents are shoved into the mail box all the time.

I was treated very unkind and was disrespected by one of the sales associate. He was not in anyway trying to help me. He informed me that I need to tape my package and come back again. He didn’t make no effort in scanning my phone for the return code , informed me he just didn’t want to do it.

Super, because of the staff, everyone goes beyond their duties and are real community oriented. I've gone here for years and I've always been helped if I needed it, and they're just so darn nice.
