Very happy overall with my decision to drive an hour away to deal with this dealership. From the moment I started texting my inquiry to the minute I drove from the dealership the staff were great. Everyone was friendly, kind, accommodating, understanding and patient. I purchased a 2024 Geo Pro 20fks from them and there was no hassle or pressure or normal annoying dealership games. Steve, my salesman, was awesome to deal with. Denny who did my wall through was absolutely fantastic and made sure we checked every component over to ensure all parts and pieces were working properly. I forgot the rest of the names but I did not have any bad interactions with anyone. I also had an issue on day 1 with a window that broke. I got in touch with the dealership and a week later brand new window was waiting, no fuss. I recommend this place and it's worth a little bit of a drive for the service and friendly staff you interact with.

We stopped at Ray Wakley’s looking for a part for our RV. They didn’t have that part but we also asked about our trailer hitch and sway bars and how the ride was jerky. After spending a few minutes looking at our hitch they determined it needed an adjustment to work properly and give us a smoother ride. They got us right in and within an hour we were happy campers enjoying a much smoother ride. Everyone from the sales and service department were extremely kind and helpful. If you ever have RV needs definitely go to Ray Wakley’s for some outstanding and knowledge help.

We had Wakley’s perform the Awning recall on our 2023 Winnebago Travato KL.
It was done in a very professional manner and they cleaned up after themselves.
Dealing with Bruce in service was easy and he kept us informed of progress.
It is good to have a dealer with a good service dept close to us
We highly recommend them!

Wakely's RV was amazing in getting us fixed & back on the road!! Our 30 amp prong burnt out & they were able to squeeze us in as we drove by. They were super friendly & reasonably priced!! Highly recommend!!

It was a really nice change for a service facility to do what they said they would do in the time frame they promised. Great work, reasonable price and on time. Very happy customer and I highly recommend Ray Wakeley’s RV service department.

We live full time in our RV and they worked hard and fast to get us on the road again!!

They did a great job on my repair, I'll know more about how accurate when it rains. It took longer then they said but this might have been the fault of the part supplier. They need to communicate better with the customer because I believe it had been done long before I called and asked them if it was ready. They also did a repair on a sky light that I didn't authorize and billed me for it when I strongly feel the damage was done by the tree limb that started this whole fiasco and therfore the insurance company should have covered, (Progressive by the way) but they refused and I think Wakleys should have fought this for me. I was considering trading for a motor home but maybe I'll go somewhere else now.

I would like to thank Chris Wakley for his quick response regarding my original review. He was able to get Roger See to come out sooner than originally scheduled because of the problem we had. Roger did a great job and in a timely manner.

One of the few places in a 80 mile radius that doesn’t have a 3 month backlog of work and will actually get you scheduled quickly. Great communication on the service and what was needed. Easy in & out lot that isn’t cramped or impossible to maneuver in. Clean and organized facilities. Quick and affordable service overall. I will absolutely be using them again for my RV needs. Thanks to everyone there ?
