Jake to save the day. Our kid bought her first car from Jake several months ago. Great car so far. He even got better tires on it just to save us the thought of getting tires within a couple months.
Well low and behold the curb at cvs jumped out in front of our daughter tonight and bit a hole right in the side of her new tire. After getting a donut put on so she could get to work we told her to call Jake and see if he could get her a new tire and in the mean time she could use the donut just to get back and forth to work. He showed up, loaded her car, and got a safe tire installed, and had her car returned before she had to leave work. We didn't even ask him to go this far out of his way and he said he was in the neighborhood so it worked out. Told her to get some winter tires before the snow flys. Not only did he sell us the car but he also helped us well after the sale when he didn't have to.
As a father who works on the road and is away often it's nice to know there's someone we can count on in town when dad isn't around who isn't going to jerk them around and treats us right. Jake's always been a good guy in my book for many years but saving me the hassle when we had a million things going on today and getting our kid back out and ramming around without me having to worry about any of it just solidifies that.
There's still good people in the world you just gotta look for them.
I wasn't in town when they bought the car. They said Jake said it's a good car. I said if Jake says it's good then it is good. I wasn't even worried about not being able to check it over myself. Sure enough it's a great car. A man's word is all he has and Jake's is good for me.

I took my lawn mower there to be repaired as it wouldn't start. Mind you it hadn't been started in almost 2 years. Long story why. It just needed a new spark plug and carburetor. He even commented that the oil, engine, and gas lines were "pristine". I did try. Very friendly and fair prices.

My husband & I both have taken our vehicles to be repaired here. Repairs were done quickly and their prices were fair. They were flexible with pickup times due to our schedules. They stand behind their work and take pride in it. Honest people! I would highly recommend using them.

Was involved in an accident and while I was in the hospital my car was towed by them get out of the hospital we call about getting my car towed to my house and we are informed our car was burglarized which was confusing because they told my wife it was parked behind a locked gateUPDATEThe truth here is they are under contract with the state police they are to store the cars they tow under contract in a secure area if my car was inside of a gate and this happened it's a different storyService: Special vehicle towing

My car broke down on a Thursday late afternoon before 4th of July weekend...Tow Guy came out 10 minutes after they closed to take it to the shop...fixed it in no time at all and the Prices were exactly what they should have been and they did a FANTASTIC job! I highly recommend Great Lakes and I would never take my car anywhere else! THANK YOU GREAT LAKES!!

I was involved in an accident on 5/13/22 my car had to be towed and stored by great lakes towing and repair it was towed and stored in a back corner out of view of cameras not secured inside of the fenced in yard and in the 2 nights I was in the hospital my 4 amplifiers were stolen my sundown nightshade 15 was stolen and then I was offered a deal wear I agree to commit fraud to cover $650 by telling progressive I paid the $650 and Jacob would tell them I paid the $650 so progressive would reimburse me for the tow and the rest would be paid out pocket of pocket progressive said don't do that it's fraud since then I'm writing this review on 7/11/22 it's been almost 2 months and great lakes towing will not give progressive their garage insurance information this is very unprofessional in the picture you can see my car in a back corner behind another building the main garage is about 100 yards to the left out of frame in the picture

Was involved in an accident and while I was in the hospital my car was towed by these scum bags at (Great Lakes Towing)So after I get out of the hospital we call about getting my car towed to my house and we are informed our car was burglarized which was confusing because they told my wife it was parked behind a locked gate the dirt bag **** then tries to make a deal that he will cover the costs of stolen goods by billing insurance $650 telling them that we paid it so that we would b reimbursed for something we didn't pay for plus the remainder of the costs of the stolen goods he would pay out of pocket if we didn't file a police report which our insurance said do not do that it is fraud

The check engine light came on in my Kia and it was driving really weird. The timing was terrible because I had a million things going on at the time, and I didn’t want to be without a vehicle for long. BUT Great Lakes diagnosed the problem and got it fixed quickly …and for less than I was expecting to pay!! Thank you Great Lakes!!

Great customer service. The owner Jake helped me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and then gave advice on what to do next. I would recommend using this company if you need a tow.
