The store and pharmacy service is great. My problem is with the phone line for refilling prescriptions. It has become so convoluted and frustrating to refill anything via phone. Just let me leave the script number like it used to. Now I have to listen to every prescription I have and hope the one I NEED to refill is there.

Terrible experience with their menu system/online bot. Bot told me prescription didn't exist when I had 3 refills left.

Why in the hell would anyone ever get scripts filled here? It is literally impossible to speak with a person here. How am I to get optimum healthcare when I can not reach a person. This store has my blood pressure sky high.
