I visited this location to get the car serviced. The appointment schedules are tough to get and normally 2 weeks out. The waiting area is good, with beverages and a snack. They have a nice seating area where you can work. The staff is friendly. They have an online status tracker about your car work in progress, which is cool. I use their online portal to schedule an appointment which is easier.

I rate this as 0 stars. I have owned Volvo's for 25 years. The service at this place is horrendous. I brought my car in for service in June due to a noise it made when i turned it either right or left. they diagnosed it as a strut issue. they said that it was cutting a brake line and also had to replace that. So they did the work at a tune of $2500.00 including a car alignment. The computer was down that day so I never got a receipt but they said they would mail it. They never did. When I got the car back the steering wheel was covered with grease and the didn't put any paper down in the car. It was filthy. I have a light tan interior so it shows up. Then just yesterday I heard the same noise i heard when I originally brought it in. I called to ask them when they could get me in. They said next Tuesday but they cannot promise that they will fix it, even if it is a safety issue caused by the work they did! They said i can have it towed, but still cannot promise when they can look at it as they have no appointments until August sometime. I called Volvo USA and I got same run around. 'Gabrielle's' spiel was that 'they' have no control as the agencies are all independently owned and operated. Volvo's used to be considered a premium car, but I don't think they are, the service is poor and no one stands behind the product. I looked it up and it seems that the Chinese now own Volvo. Nothing good here, I don't look at Volvo as a premium car anymore. Good luck if you buy one and the thing needs service. They used to deliver it back with a car wash and vacuum and never a speck of dirt and they could always get you in for service of any issue. How things change, this is a poorly run dealership. Volvo China-USA is off my list!

We actuality bought our vehicle over the phone since we live out of state. Matt was exceptional! His communication with us couldn't have been better. He walked us through the entire process and had the car ready when we arrived. Also a shout out to Danit, the business manager. Danit was great, so personable. She made you feel like you knew her your whole life. Professional, honest, and efficient. We would definitely buy another car from Wynn due to these two individuals, they made the process painless.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car at Wynn Volvo, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Don and Danit made the process smooth and enjoyable.
Don, our sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. He was patient and never pressured us into making a decision. Instead, he provided valuable insights and guidance, allowing us to make an informed choice.
Danit, the Finance Manager, was equally fantastic to work with. She was transparent about all the financial aspects of the purchase, explaining everything clearly and answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism.
Together, Don and Danit went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. Their expertise and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.

I had the the best experience purchasing my latest car at Wynn. I first got on the phone with a wonderful woman named Renee (obviously a gem) and she directed me to the best sales guy you could ask for — Gino. He sat with me and my husband and worked with us, never felt like he pushing us to do what he wanted, and overall just felt like family. I knew quickly on that this was my car and we were going to follow through. Once we started the process, we were passed to Danit, who is beyond amazing and gives you all the info you need about your purchase and more. If and when we are looking for another car, I am hands down going to Wynn because the humans there are THE BEST!

The Volvo XC40 has known issues with the fuel door getting stuck. This happened to me at a gas station two months after purchasing my 2019 XC40. I called the dealership while locking and unlocking the key fob, opening all the doors, for 20 minutes. It’s happened a few times since. There is an XC40Forum where this issue has been reported and people have been stranded and called OnStar for help. It hasn’t happened in a long time until today. On my long drive home, I stopped at four gas stations. I could not unlock the fuel door. Wynn Volvo is near my home, so I stopped in and informed them. One tech asked if it was a 2024? So…still having this issue with the current model year? Yes, apparently a lot of issues. They tried the key fob many times, then took my car back to service. I assumed they pried the door open, charged me $50. This should have been a courtesy, especially since they are having problems with the 2024 XC40's. Wynn said I needed a new lock motor and actuator – cost $250, which I would have needed back in 2019 under warranty if that really was the issue. But, based on the 2024 model, it is not a lock motor or actuator. There is a defect. Unfortunately, there is no unlock button inside, no manual option, and no override. Like other XC40 owners, I could have been traveling and stranded with no way to refuel. This places drivers in a vulnerable position and is a safety issue. I have reported this well-known and repetitive defect to the NHTSA.

Don Morrison, our salesperson, explained everything well, and made it easy to understand the new technologies. This was the second Volvo we’ve bought from Wynn and Don. Everyone who works there is polite and accommodating.

My wife and I have been doing business with Wynn for over 10 years. We cannot say enough good things about our experiences over the years. Between us we have leased seven Volvos from Wynn most recently a 2024 XC40. Don and Ben always make the buying experience a real pleasure. They always work hard to find the right car to fit our budget. They are real pros who make us feel more like family than customers, and the experience doesn't end there. When we need service Bob and his team step up every time to make sure the job is done right with the least inconvenience possible. When it's time for a new car we never even consider another dealership.

Super happy with my experience at Wynn Volvo in Norristown, PA. From start to finish it was pleasant. The greeter was nice welcoming us with a big smile and getting us settled in with some complementary waters. We worked with Don, who was very thorough and relatable. He wanted to make sure we felt satisfied and did just that. Later on after our test drive and getting the final numbers crunched, we worked with Ben. It was a great experience with him as well, he was patient and helpful. If you want to go to a dealership and have an all around great experience, this would be the place to go.
