“I’ve been using Creamery for a very long time. Recently I went to a big box place due to my location at the time. Immediately they insisted that I needed all 4 tiers without measuring the tread even though I explained my husband looked and said I did not need back tiers. They wanted about $700. I had an uneasy feeling this was not the case. I left and went to creamery. I was immediately greeted by a clerk “Thomas”. I explained I wasn’t sure about the back, but I knew I needed the front. Right away he offered to walk outside and check for me. Upon his inspection he discovered that I did not need back tiers at all. He politely showed me how he was coming to that assessment and helped me pick out 2 front tiers without pressure. It was a good reminder of why we’ve been using creamery for so long.
