Thought I would try this place after a change in ownership (Luv car wash) and business model. It's not good. The place was empty. There wasn't a single other car there and I think I know why. As I watched my car go through the wash cycle I could see the spinning brushes were not even touching my car. It was just a soap bath then water rinse. The car is still dirty and I wasted $18 trying to support a local business.

This place used to be great, now they only do exterior and want to charge as of they were doing exterior and interior. Not a good value for money.

The Check in girl was very friendly. The rest of the staff seemed to be depressed and not very happy . I got the Ultimate car wash. They didn’t clean my wheels nor my outside mirrors. I just did that on my own when I got home.. They also need to dry the cars outside of the building as the previous owners did when it was West Norriton Car Wash. The absence of people outside the building gives the impression of it not being open or just lack of customers.. Gives a bad impression overall.. The good news is that they do honor the booklets of car washes that I had purchased from the previous owners.. I will go again and see how the next wash turns out as I have to use up my pre paid car washes as anyway . ?

Best car wash in a 50 mile radius! The Express Polish came out better than a complete derail I had done for $250. Car is like brand new~

There has been a big drop off in service since the ownership change. I’ve been going to this car wash for close to 10 years. 3 of my last 4 visits they were not doing interior service and they still charged the full price for the Ultra Auto Wash. In addition they were short on staff and numerous staff members weren’t in uniform. On my last visit there were only 2 cars in front of me and the wait was still 25 minutes. I will be finding another local car wash to use.

AMAZING AT FULL DETAILS! This is the second time I've taken my SUV to West Norriton Auto Wash for a full in-and-out detail, and once again, I am beyond pleased! My 2018 model comes back looking brand new every time. Nichole and Kiera are both incredibly hard workers, and Nichole's professionalism in setting up appointments and making all the arrangements is exceptional. I always feel that the cost is 100% worth it—I'm getting full value for the outstanding detail service. No traces of my two toddlers, dog, or even the road paint that had been stuck on for over a year were left behind. I'm absolutely thrilled with this place and will continue to be a loyal customer! Highly recommended!

They always do an outstanding job. I own a black SUV and wash it 3-4 times a week. I prefer my vehicle spotless. The most impressive detail are the quality of the wheels and tires using using the Ultra wash. They were shorthanded during the transition and now building a good team. They hand dry and are back to vacuuming. Ask for Nicole

My experience at Luv carwash on trooper road was amazing good treating employees at the entrance of the wash wonderful service and my vehicle came out looking outstanding
