The manager Daiva is on top of everything. Called to get an appt to open a checking for my 13 year old daughter. She had it scheduled and received a confirmation. The lady who opened the account was so friendly and got to know my daughter. Great experience

I can't list enough praises for the staff here. My cousin has autism and sometimes has difficulty communicating complex ideas to strangers so when he needed to come in to replace his debit card, it was quite a nerve-wracking process. Justin was incredibly kind, patient, informative and overall gave EXCELLENT customer service in a challenging process for us. Thank you so much for your compassion! It does not go unnoticed. My cousin left feeling happy and was rightfully proud of himself for accomplishing a new and challenging task and I couldn't be more thankful for that!

The staff is always polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Justen Anthony is great to work with and remembers everybody. I've banking here since they opened and at the previous location as well. My many decades of experience as a customer have been fantastic!

Wells Fargo has completely lost their mind. They have policies in place that will accuse you of trying to deposit a fraudulent check without even verifying that is fraudulent first. I tried to deposit a refund check from a state university that came from my parent plus loan proceeds. They immediately flagged the check as fraudulent and told me that they were closing my accounts down in two weeks. This is before they had even verified anything. They did this within an hour of me depositing the check directly in the bank. I've had nothing but a run around for two days trying to get this settled. They accuse you of being fraudulent before they even have any proof. I'll be pulling all of my money out of the bank when I get this resolved and all of my family members will also. Stay away.

Terrible bank! Wells Fargo takes all the online banking alerts away and now unknown charges are on my account again. I’m sick of it and ready to take my money to another bank! Your money isn’t safe at Wells Fargo at all!

The bare minimum for a barely competent business is to answer a phone call. Can't even reach them. Call gets met with a 'no one is available to take your call". Pathetic customer service. Manager needs to be replaced if he can't get his employees to answer a phone call or call back a customer.
