The pharmacy is a disgrace. Scripts are filled when they get to them, so God forbid you need it for an infection or serious disorder (called well in advance). They alone decide to ignore, cancel, or shorten scripts based on what they have available (instead of letting the customer know...so they can explore other options of refills elsewhere). Corporate is useless. I hope you are intelligent and persistent when dealing with them, as information is incorrect and can be corrected if you call your insurance. An absolute nightmare. They have gone downhill. And hello! I did get my script completed elsewhere, so your suggestion to wait until I had 2 or 3 days left and "hopefully" you could order more????on a life needed seizure med? No way! The helper people are nice. One pharmacist was nice, but she left and was appalled when she came back from vacation. This new one, she could care less.

If at any time the pharmacist should become ill at this location, or just not able to make it to work for any particular reason, they will simply close the entire pharmacy until further notice. A corporation this size is completely incapable of arranging for a temporary replacement in the event a pharmacist should be absent from work?

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for awhile now and never had an issue. However, today I called the pharmacy because I had a question about a medication I was trying to get filled. The woman who answered the phone was fine at first, but the more questions I asked the more agitated she got. At one point I asked her if I could give her information that my doctor gave me and she said I would need to wait and put me on hold. She then left me on hold for fifteen minutes. I hung up and called the pharmacy back and she continuously put my line on hold. I was very disappointed with this experience and will be moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

I usually love my experience here at this Walgreens! I frequent here at least 2/3 times a week and am always greeted and assisted so nicely! Yesterday this sadly changed. Jacqueline, “team lead” approached me with 0 sense of customer service to say the least. She was rude, abrupt and seemed uninterested in helping. She held a register full of money during our entire interaction as if she was annoyed I was bothering her with my questions. She should not be supervising! I hope this is seen by whomever manages this branch as I am sure I am not the first customer treated this way by her. There is a gentleman who is usually always working during my visits who always assures that I am helped quickly and efficiently so sadly Jacquline was just a bad egg in the bunch!

I went in to ask if i could call my husband (after leaving my cell phone at home) so I could communicate with him about where to meet. Ash was so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location based on excellent customer service!

Consider getting your vaccines somewhere else. I received a COVID booster and flu shot in September. No issues at that time. However, when I requested my vaccination records a few months later, Walgreens had no record of me receiving the vaccine at their store. The explanation I was given was they may have forgotten to run insurance so they deleted any record of my vaccines. There’s really no excuse for not entering my vaccine information electronically. Also, while they faxed some vaccination paperwork to another Walgreens location, they STILL have not updated my Walgreens account to show I received the vaccines electronically.

My husband and I had to return packages via the Federal Express counter in Walgreens. There was a problem with the labels we had printed out. The young man who helped us, Darian (hope I spelled his name correctly) was so helpful, courteous and patient, he solved the problem in no time. What could have been a nightmare was a pleasant experience.

I came in today to get some photos printed, and I used the self-help photo kiosk. It said my prints would be ready in 20 minutes, so I decided to walk around the store with my toddler to pass the time. After a few minutes, the woman working the photo area came and found me in a different part of the store to give me my photos so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than I needed to. I can't say enough about the great customer service here!

Was on a visit to my Goddaughters and ran out of my maintenance medication. From the Pharmacist to the techs everyone was very friendly and helpful in getting me my medication within an hours time.Great customer service thanks again to the pharmacy staff.

I went to get COVID-19 testing done. Once I arrived they said they couldn't test me because they did not print out the paperwork prior to their system crashing. I drove 30 minutes to get there and feel that they could have called to let me know. Their alternative was a rapid test for $25 which I did not want and told me to wait ten minutes before circling around to be told it still wasn't up. Staff was inconsiderate.
