Called these morons and they couldn’t give a simple answer as to why my mail was being returned. They put me on hold and had a conversation about staff shortages for 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time calling them.

Sharday is so amazing! Her customer service skills are beyond excellent. Getting a new key for my mailbox was new to me and she helped me so much. Not only is she a rockstar but she rocked it on a Monday morning!!!! Thank you so much Sharday

Not a retail location. Cannot send anything from you. Person unloading the truck asked me to go in when I asked him if this was a retail location. Once I got in the manager was very rude and asked me if I couldn't read the signs posted? I explained to him that I was told to enter the location by one of his employees hence I was inside. He could have just told me that they couldn't provide the service that I was looking for and that I shouldn't be here. He didn't have to be mean or rude that was unnecessary.

I had a great experience at this facility, I went with a package, with the proper postage, the really nice postal worker helped me tape it up, then took the package. What is with the one star's, it is not a retail store, she went over and above 😊😊😊😊😊
