Racists? Very bad service. I was in line for over 10 minutes.
When my turn came, the employee told me I had to move aside since she heard me say my package would be sent to Mexico, telling me that since it was an international shipment, it would take longer.
When she started serving the customer who was next in line, funny thing his packages were also international shipping but they served him immediately. I can't understand the really bad customer service other than that they're racist. I will never return to that UPS store. They lost a customer.

Erika is a gem!!!! She was so kind and courteous with me while I had to get something notarized and mailed out. She really knows how to multitask as it was very busy in there. I think she needs to be recognized for her wonderful customer service and great attitude even during very, very busy times☺️

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and assisted by Jayden. Although I had a big box that needed extra tape, I walked in and out in less than 3 minutes.
And I absolutely love the Amazon return self-service!
