The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked an employee if they could get cologne out of a locked case for me to purchase. She said no because she didn’t have keys. She asked another employee, same response. So they called over the speaker asking for help. 30 mins passed and no one came. I noticed a call button on the side of the case so I pressed it. Another 30 mins passed and no one came. I was trying to purchase 9 bottles of cologne with the prices ranging from 49.99-89.99 and couldn’t get any assistance. If you can’t trust your employees with keys maybe you shouldn’t hire them. I feel bad for the girl who can’t assist her customers and can’t get help.

I would've done the survey if I could find my paper receipt. So I'll do a review and put some information from my e-receipt.I road up yesterday about 30 mins just to go to this location.The cashier who waited on me cashier 0005, register 2, the date was 10/28/2023 time was 11:03am.Anyway, she was ok. She asked the typical do you want to open a charge card, I said I had one. I used a different card, why aren't you using your TJX card (honestly that's really annoying). But when she asked if I found everything, I said yes that felt lucky/fortunate because my purpose for going out there/that far was to see if I could find something I'd been looking for in my size I didn't find at TJ Maxx's near me.I managed to find 4 boxes of them. So I was grateful/happy.Where it got bad was the cashier standing at the register directly next to her (her right/my left) was making eyerolls, hateful looks, etc.It was so glaring that my saying I was happy and grateful with what I found, was invoking violent reaction/hostility from her, that I nearly wanted to ask her what her problem was.I had also purchased a "runway" jacket. And to be honest when I got home I went to the TJ Maxx by me and returned it.I can fortunately shop somewhere else.
