“Had a wonderful experience at both the Pep Boys on Germantown pike in East Norriton and in Trooper. Guy, Elijah and Nunez were incredibly kind and helpful. I had a flat tire and was on a tight schedule. The first pep boys did not have the correct tire in stock, they called around and coordinated for me to bring my can 10 minutes up the road lwhere they had the new tire and they finished the job quickly, efficiently and with a smile. I highly recommend both of these locations!”

“My SUV had symptoms that pointed to needing a battery. Soon after dropping it off I got a call from the manager saying that they checked the battery and cables and other electrical components and everything checked out fine. He offered to keep the vehicle overnight and check it out again the next day. Sure enough it checked out ok again. All I paid was a very modest service charge for all the time they spent diagnosing the problem, which I thought was quite fair.”
