Poor customer service. Emails arent answered in a timely manner, or they just start ignoring the customers inquiries on orders that cost more than 1000$ (aka kilns). What kind of crockpot crap is that? I specifically reached out because when I placed the order I was living at home, due to out of my control events- I had to leave my home. The customer service here did not help and left me to work with the carrier that was shipping my kiln. Do not use this business if you want to work with a shop that cares about their customers.

I have been coming to the ceramic shop for years! The staff are always welcoming and helpful. They are all extremely knowledgeable about all things ceramics! Mandy along with all of the staff have been my hero with many a ceramic emergencies!

SLOW SHIPPING! slow order processing, slow shipping, bad communication, slow or no replies to customers, dog ate my homework excuses, they couldn't care less about customers. Rude customer service. They over-talk and interrupt customer's calling to report problems. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. The Ceramic Shop isn't worth ordering from to save a few dollars and get a ton of aggravation! Worst customer user experience ever!

Thank you to the manager. After an exhausting day of sales the store was and locked a bit earlier than scheduled on Saturday. Haven driven from afar I knocked and begged to be let in to make a small purchase. Every tired bone in her body wanted to turn the other way but she kindly accommodated my request. Thank you! Carla
