“I will say I’m a return customer I’ve had storage with them several times over the past 12 years! The staff is always very nice and helpful however there is a high turnover rate with the staff so often there is only 1 person manning the office which can be frustrating especially since more recently to use a cart you have to turn over your id to get a cart so if the person who is manning the office has to show a storage unit, use the bathroom, or take a break the customer waiting to return the cart has to wait until the staff member returns which sometimes could be longer than 10 minutes! A suggestion for this is to put the magnetic locks on the carts like the super markets do so that they can’t leave the parking lot! Another suggestion would be to have more than one person in the office at a time! Overall I keep coming back because of the prices and the fact that they offer a free move in truck and even with the frequent change of staff the staff are always kind!”
