I've been going to this business a little while now, after after a AAA rep suggested it to me. I had a great local Norristown mechanic for years, but post-pandemic, he seemed to me to start "finding" things wrong with my cars. First time I let it slide, first couple of times, but after I'd get a second opinion elsewhere, and the tech would suggestion, "Seriously???" I knew I could no longer trust this place outside of an oil change. Long story short, Scott's auto has been very genuine with their diagnosis, and their costs are the best in town. Its as simple as that.
I would say, it would be great if they had a bigger footprint, in regards to getting your car in and out, but that doesn't affect my review.

This is the best auto place in Norristown, prices are reasonable, service is excellent, these are my go to guys. They took care of my Hundai now they are going to take care of my Chevy. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK

The mechanics leave a lot to be desired, I took my car no more than 3 months ago to have the stared changed and the car continued to have the same problem and when I returned to have it resolved they say they are too busy to serve me and that the problem may be something else. The case is that a Buendía does not turn on and I had to pay a tow truck to obviously take it to another mechanic, to solve the same problem that I was supposed to have already paid these, gentlemen, be honest and professional

The Lady at the checkout desk is very helpful very pleasant and friendly. They have a lot of good mechanics on site.Their prices are reasonable and they're honest as far as I've been going. I was recommended by my daughter's friend telling me it has a good reputation.
