After being with another insurance for 33 years, I spoke with Scott to get his thoughts on what he could do as far as a competitive price, but also any thoughts on adjustments that could be made based on his experience in the industry.Scott came through on both accounts. He gave me quotes for both home and auto that were like for like pretty much exactly what I had with the other agency and his rates were significantly lower. He also provide a quote based on his recommendations based on his history and also based on what he personally has. These provide even a deeper discount.After we received the proposal, we jumped on a call with Scott and his team to walk through all the differences and why he would recommend these, but wasn't pushing a hard sell, just trying to keep us informed. We spent about 40 mins going through everything and finalizing our plan.We asked next steps moving forward and to our delight he said that they handle everything if we would like. So they contact our current agency and cancel our policy at the same time they start ours. Then work with the Escrow Company and Bank to line up the Home Owners escrow payments.Needless to say, we are now Scott's customers.I don't usually put reviews on Google, but thought that this interaction stood out and wanted to share.

We've been clients for over 20 years. Within the past two years, our son "spun off" of our policy and got one of his own. He had two accidents, and so State Farm dropped him. I called on an unrelated issue - the same son was being rated on my policy even though he had his own with another carrier. I was treated pretty poorly by the service rep who didn't seem to really understand why this was happening. I then spoke with Sue - and while she was able to explain why he was being rated and what needed to be done to remove him, she also said derogatory things about my son, such as "he's not the brightest" and "Scott didn't want to write that policy in the first place" (referring to his car policy. Needless to say - we're looking to transfer our policy to another agent. With the amount of premium that we've paid and the amount of commission that your agency has made, we certainly don't deserve to spoken to in that manner. And if you're rude enough to say such things to the child's parent - what are you saying to others? Not the type of people that I want to depend on in an emergency.
