The very best possible experience. Rachel and Roxanne were awesome. They were creative and so helpful. When we needed extra tile they searched and got it. When we had too much they took it back. They were as excited by our project as we were. This is the fourth job we’ve done with them. Highest review.

We needed to remodel 5 bathrooms. Rachel and Roxanne were incredibly nice, helpful, honest and patient with us. They have a lots of collections and almost have every tile in the market that you ask for. We are very happy to work with them and for sure we recommend them. They are number 1. I will upload more photos when our bathrooms are ready.

Decided to visit this store for a bathroom remodel I was planning and not one to usually write reviews I felt it necessary to do so for this company. The gentleman that helped me in store could've been working for HGTV, his design ideas and suggestions really helped me bring all of the ideas I had in my mind to reality. I now have my dream bathroom and I couldn't have done it without Santoro Tile. I've already started saving for Kitchen. Thank you!

Horrible place! If I could give a negative star I would. The granite was cut to the wrong size (about 2 inches off the blueprint) there was a chip in the sink area and the island piece didn’t match at all. When I notified them of the problems (Rachel) told me word for word “make it work “ and “deal with it now”. There are a bunch of tile and granite places around with better service and similar product. Stay away!

Don't know who the 2 women are in the office. Looked at a slab of granite with my wife. Told her to put my name on. Basically sold. Waited 2 months for my contractor to call me. Said the were gonna cut it later on week. Got a call from Santoro to come down and make sure the slab was good. Turns out my slab was sold and brought in a susposedly matching slab. WRONG the slab was not even close to what we wanted. Wasted 2 months for them to order the completely wrong granite. Was not gonna wait another 2 months to order another one. The lady lost her mind and started yelling and screaming at me and my wife. What a way to handle customers. Pulled my order and went to a competitor. WOW

This was a terrible experience for a small marble job. We were told that we would have our marble in 7 days after I made a deposit. It took a month to get my pieces which were common colors. We heard every excuse in the book.."the slab broke", "the marble will be here any day, call back", "its cut but the polisher is busy". I had to keep calling. I know the truth was not being told. To add insult to injury, the pieces were not cut to specs and I have to live with the imperfections. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are plenty of marble/granite dealers. Disgusted!

We had a phenomenal experience with Santoro. Our new quartz countertops look like they belong in an art museum. They are exquisite. From selection, consultation to installation, Santoro is completely professional. They are the real deal. Don't waste your time elsewhere!

I'm happy to have been guided to Santoro by my tile installer. I was looking for a Carrara remnant for a vanity backsplash, and tile for another vanity. Bob couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. No pressure whatsoever. Great place to start for your tile needs.

Don't believe them when they say it needs to be two pieces around sink. This is a common way for them to avoid using a slab and giving you leftover. Fabricator said "it can't be one piece". "There's no possible way". Installer said I don't know why they told you that, this is a typical one piece install. Template guy was awesome but the owner and fabricator gave me erroneous info. I had to fight for what was right and got it. Way to be professional Santoro.
