The experience started off good then I bought the car and it broke down the same day tried calling them for a week straight and no answer rode by and saw one of the owners and he told me it’s nothing they can do I asked them to fix the transmission he said no I wanted a refund he said no then told me it’s not the transmission it was just the sensor and it cost $30 so... DO NOT BUY from here because they are NOT HONEST about what they sell and don’t try to fix the problem

My first experience purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. Overall, was a good experience and they were helpful, patient, not pushy. There were a few undisclosed minor issues. Mainly resolved prior to sale. We are overall pleased with our purchase.

My experience is mixed. Car I had bought was in terrific shape. Tried to haggle, but would not reduce at all. Maybe because of the condition but still did not like the way he answered. I am in market for another vehicle. Maybe they can give me a deal on the second?

I just brought a car volvo s80 almost 2 weeks ago. They were nice to deal with before the sale. So I drive off and 2miles down the road I called and said the check engine light came on. After that they ignored my phone calls bad business. But they sent me a letter of what I signed but little do they know it's still a lemon law. It's sad they take people money and then don't respond to you at all. AND THE SAD THING ABOUT IT ALL IT WAS A EASY FIX FOR ME. THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIND A A.C. compressor for me thats why i was calling. Advise to all stay away from this place.

Seem like decent people but my car has a lot of issues that have surfaced in about a week or so. Conversation was dry about how to resolve the matter...almost like "what u want me to do about it?" It's not right, even if selling "as is" you should disclose to a buyer of issues with a car. I have small children that I have in this car. Power steering leak, belt cracked, the reason for it squealing when I turn, and the check engine light is on.Cheap sensors or not it costs money to repair these things that I don't have. My dad talked me into getting this car and it has been nothing but a headache and I know that he was under the impression that the car was in good condition. Just be honest. Will never buy from here again.

I have purchased 3 cars from them. Their sales practices have changed.The last car looked good on surface but found out it needed alot (4k) of work. I asked did they inspect cars before selling. They told me they did not. I would not recommend this dealership. Do not buy car before having it checked out. I tried to negotiate for resolution and they did not respond after 3 weeks.
02-12-19 I sent messages to dealer asking to negotiate reimbursement of items as of today no phone call or email.
