I placed an order for a delivery to be sent to a friend, and mistakenly put down an old address. Penny's by Plaza Flowers truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND and found my friend's new address which was further away, and STILL delivered the bouquet. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you!
