If I could give 0 stars, I would! This business is the most IN-efficient, UN-organized place I’ve ever had to step foot in. Literally my third time here in a week, bc everytime I get to the desk window, I need another piece of paperwork that I don’t have! I looked up the required docs. & brought everything it said I needed! I mean I gave them everything but my bra size!! Also, you can’t even get a HUMAN on the phone when you try to call, bc ur trying to reason with a robot on the other end of the phone who acknowledges you “want to speak to a customer service rep.” BUT only accepts key phrases as answers to the questions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU’D LIKE TO KEEP UR SANITY FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR!!!

Not a bad PennDOT location. Reception desk was helpful and got me checked in with a number quickly. Keep in mind this is one of the few locations where you can get your REAL ID over the counter so it tends to be a busier location. With that said I was in and out in about a half hour on a Saturday. I have definitely been in less organized PennDOT locations and waited way way WAY longer so have to give this one credit for efficiency.

I almost didn't go in to get my license photo taken because there were lots of cars in the lot. Even though there wer about 150 people in the waiting area, I was helped, had my photo taken, and had my new license in hand in about 10 minutes. It's an efficient operation.

Smooth, fast processing for drivers license renewal photo thanks to Charlotte!! She was fabulous, quick, and kind. I went in on a Saturday at 3:45pm and was out by 4. I highly recommend completing the renewal online and receiving your photo card in the mail. That allows you to and go straight to photos, which typically doesn't have as long of a queue.

It was super quick. We got a DL replacement and a new State issues ID in 25 min. Process and line was quick. Employees were friendly, which normally is not the case for government employees.

Overall this was not a bad experience. When I got to the people taking my photo however a young man referred to me as Leon. I am an 85 year old man. I would expect him to call me Mr. Leon, or Mr. Donovan. I explained to him that I was appalled, beings I am an older man. The respectable thing to do would be call me Mr. Donovan. The young man who was very nice and explained to me that it is required of him to call me by my first name according to his bosses. I don't understand what is going on with the world. Is it it's too much to expect people to respect their elders? I told him that the PennDOT people did not do that. But the photographers are subcontracted by another company. I just find this ridiculous that it is not expected of anyone to respect their elders today!!! We cannot use pronouns or anything because we don't want to offend gay people or transsexual people or any other type of people, but it is OK to offend elderly people?????

Hello to all Latinos, I do not recommend that penndot because the man at the entrance who is dark-skinned is a racist. He will not let me in. I hope they fire him for the way he treats customers, especially Hispanics.
