I wouldn’t want to be in the dmv anyway that cuts out our rights out as citizens I’m a security guard I’m a guard at a dmv and I never heard of a dmv that stop workers from doing there job all because someone is recording the dmv . do that public means u allow to do anything u want in public it’s freedom all u doing is being controlling by blocking people from doing there jobs

My first impression of this place is AWESOME!!!People working there are kind, friendly, helpful esp that one lady to whom i was asked to go really made me comfortable and the entire process easy for me. Overall my experience was really good.

Wow! I am 54 YO and this was the best experience I have ever had at the DMV. It was my first time at this location. I would normally visit the Huntingdon Valley location but this spot was closer to my work. I had to get my license renewed. I arrived at 9:34 and was out the door by 9: 42. The staff was on the ball, fast, and very cheerful. This is my new spot. Bye bye Huntingdon valley.

I was in there when a man with a camera was thrown out of the PUBLIC lobby for filming. They called the cops on him and had him trespassed for CONSTITUTIONALLY protected activities. I don't pay taxes to have our rights trampled on.

Would’ve given this place a 1 star if it werent for 2 employees. Services is horrible apart from Kim who is usually at counter 9 and Dianne from counter 1. The rest of the staff are subpar and gives off the energy of not wanting to be there and work. The receptionist usually do not know what they’re doing and i’ve met 2 of them.

My experience at PennDOT was excellent. Took me two minutes to sign in as I waited in line behind four people they processed really quick. And then I went up my number was called quickly within 2 minutes of sitting down. Spoke to the very nice lady. She explained everything really nicely to me. She took my picture asked me to have a seat and within two more minutes she called me up to inspect my new driver's license and confirm everything was correct. I was literally in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. This is a shocker for me going into a government entity to get something done and spending only 10 minutes doing it. I give them all the applause in the world. And they were very nice that's the other shocker cuz usually we don't get that when we go to government.

Wednesday November 15th 2023I never thought I'd say I experienced a quick, friendly, positive experience at any pennDOT location but here we are!The gentleman who helped me with processing my paperwork as well as the woman who took my photo & issued my new license were both incredibly friendly, efficient, and quick.Maybe it was a fluke & I lucked out.Maybe it's just because I'm a ray of sunshine with rainbows coming out of my rear. Regardless, it was actually a pleasant experience. Top notch! Happy Wednesday:)Ps my photos are 4 years apart and I've lost 215+ lbs. Glad to be able to keep my old license finally!

Such a horrible unfriendly process and people. Not sure why they can’t be kind….we are all just trying. Never have I had such a difficult state. Lack of appointments or being able to get in a “virtual” line add to the crazy back woods ways here. Florida was SO MUCH better!!
