The walls (and floors) are too thin for these apartments, there are water problems every so often, and maintenance takes too long to fix issues. I've ended up having to move out early because all of that would bother the crazy neighbor upstairs. Not to mention, if you decide to leave because you're being harassed by your neighbor, you'll end up owing 2 months of rent to break your lease early. This place is probably not for you.

Do not move here. Consider any other apartment complex before Norris Hills. They've failed to properly fix a leak that's been going on for 4 YEARS NOW. There is mold growing in my apartment and all they've managed to do is paint over it, but not fix the leak? Their turnover in staff is horrendous. Don't bother submitting request to maintenance bc they'll most likely not get back to you. Now I have to move my daughters bed into my bedroom bc I'm afraid to put her in HER own room. I've been extremely patient and considerate with their maintenance team. Especially, of how much area they may have to cover but I'm not gonna be anymore. The let 4 years go by without properly fixing an issue I've been reporting CONSTANTLY.

Where to begin. If you have a job and need sleep for work, this is not the place for you. If you have a child and don’t want them around marijuana, this is not the place for you. If you don’t enjoy water damage, this is not the place for you. If you expect a complex to enforce its policies, this is not the place for you. If you LIKE roaches, this IS a the place for you. Basically, make this place your last option. Moving in here was one of the worst decisions I’ve made. I’d like to help you not end up like my family and I.

I lived here a while ago, but I really had a great experience. They were great with maintenance requests and had nice facilities.

Initially I did not have a great experience with Norris Hills 2.However, they hired some stellar individuals over the course of my 12 months.Donald in the leasing office was extremely helpful during a stressful time. His customer service and professionalism never wavered when this old vet went to his office with an issue. If the solution was not readily available, he stood on business and followed up with the answer.Chris and the maintenance team are also stand up individuals. Its not often someone says they look forward to maintenance coming by, this team was great to converse with. During a weekend emergency work order, they were in on a timely fashion to get me by, then returned on Monday to solve and repair the issue. My move in experience, in comparison to the last 6 months and vacating(relocating)has been a night and day difference.Previous reviews may have been justified, however they are not a reflection of the current team in place.

My apartment is horrible ! It’s roach infested i didn’t get new carpet ! My blinds was ripped up ! What they showed me is not what they ended up renting me. They told me the apartment wasn’t able to be seen until the day i move in because it was in studs getting renovated and unsafe. I come in the apartment and nothing new was done to the apartment besides maybe a new fridge and they patched some holes ! This has been the worse move in experience I’ve ever had ! I was walking in turning my key and roaches was crawling across the door. They just kept telling me “well you’re not locked in to the apartment yet”. How i took that was basically you can just leave if you aren’t happy. I asked for a different apartment and they told me the same situation of i wouldn’t be able to see it. Veryyyyyyy unhappy I’ve only been here three days and have yet to sleep in my apartment how bad the roaches are!

Horrible place. Same comments as everyone else. The staff turn over is insane, nothing is ever fixed or addressed. Neighbors are constantly being obnoxious with music or motorcycles and nothing is done. Cars registration out of date, cars rotting in the parking lot. Motorcycle owner making the parking lot look like a hoarder home and trash everywhere. Broke my lease after 7 months because this was everyday with loud music and motorcycle revving at Google.Stay far away. I dont need norris hills to comment and give some hollow apology on google.

This place is disgusting. The door has been broke for months and their nails coming out of the piece to the hallway door. I’ve called multiple times to get it fixed and yet it still hasn’t been done. This is a hazard and plenty of people have almost hit theirselves in the face including myself. Now if someone injures themselves, I’ll be sure to take legal action as this has been reported multiple times. Also, the place is disgusting. As you can see in the photos, they don’t keep up with the cleaning and bug infestation in the apartments and hallways. There are so many bugs and spider webs in the hallways. They don’t even keep up with the outside of the apartment. It’s embarrassing to have people come over. I had a maintenance guy tell me he was so shocked to see how clean our apartment was compared to the other tenants. I’ve dealt with roaches and infestation of centipedes. I’ve opened tickets and they just close them with no resolution. I can’t wait until my lease is up. Oh and don’t bother trying to get in contact with anyone because they don’t answer!

Not having a great experience. The office is not responsive unless you owe money. It's loud and not enough amenities for the expensive rent. Maintenance is always short staffed. Not sure who works in the office if anyone anymore. A lot of turn around.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst community to live at. They ignore the phones then when you finally get in touch with someone they say “it’s better to send emails” so then you send an email and they ignore that too. Every time you go into the leasing office it’s someone new and untrained. Rent is extremely high for BARE minimum. Electric bills are close to 300$ for a one bedroom apartment (crazy). Cars in the parking lot have expired tags/ flat tires and they do nothing about it and you’re left with no where to park. Paying for amenities but pool was closed half the summer one year and I don’t know if they are redoing the gym or took it out but it hasn’t been available for a while now either. They’ve come into the apartment multiple times with no notice to the point I put cameras up. Walls are thin you can hear everything in apartments next to you and above you. Overall 0/10 I did not enjoy living here at all.

Do not move here if you value any kind of peace in your life. Broke my lease after 10 months because couldn’t take living at the West Logan location/building any longer. Not even sure what the worst part was…between the roaches and ants that infested my apartment, to the black mold in my wall due to a leak in my ceiling that took them over 2 months and a threat to call the housing code enforcement to fix, an electrical outlet that never worked since moving in and was told an electrician would have to come which they never did…and all they did was just close the work orders when I’d open them, to the kids who constantly vandalized the main doors so they no longer would lock, vandalized cars in the parking lot, and vandalized the various light fixtures and benches around the courtyard while also disturbing tenants by running up and down the halls screaming all day and night, to the worst part which was the various addicts who’d scream outside in the courtyard and pass out/OD in the common areas. Also good luck ever getting a hold of someone in the leasing office…constant turnover of the staff so nobody ever knew what was going on with your unit. The best thing I ever did for my mental health was move out of that place.

The space is too small!! My hot water in the shower doesn't get all that hot!! And my bedroom closet door is broken!! At one point, there must of been a cat here, cause the bedroom floor has alot of cat hair on the floor!! And I'm highly allergic to animals, so when I'm here, I have to take my allergy medication!! I requested my front door to get painted, and that hasn't happened yet!!

They buy up buildings and then force long term tenants out with little notice so they can renovate and get new people and charge more. Renovating won't help get rid of the bedbugs, roaches and mice or help drown out the noise of a man who always is yelling at his family and who plays deafening music at one o'clock in the morning. Norris Hills: I don't live there anymore so I won't be "reaching out"
