The warehouse people are lazy and ignorant

Warehouse manager for this company resigned after 1 months. Worst management I have experienced in my 34 years in warehouse work. Found out the prior manager before me lasted 6 months. I now know why. The warehouse associates are grinding 12 + hours a day burning out. Cannot get enough people in the door to do the 2000 plus orders MVS is requiring. Their policies and procedures for hiring are prohibiting actually getting personnel. Upper management blames the warehouse manager and branch manager for problems that have been ongoing for the last 10 years. The turn over rate company wide is 64% and that number does not include the temps they hire. The Norristown branch alone saw from November thru to January have over 107 people come and go. If u like long hours no life and management that consistently lies then get a job here. When I left the manager Evan Told the branch manager to tell the warehouse associates I was taking PTO. Just an example of the cowards and their lies.
