I have purchased several phones from this location over the last couple of years.The service was excellent and the staff was very personable.I don't live in that neighborhood any longer but I still go there on occasion to pay my phone bill.Definitely worth the five stars I gave them.Buy your phones here! ??

Awful. Clerk at this location completely screwed up adding my line to my gf's plan, which resulted in overcharges and three hours on the phone with customer service (equally useless) to try to fix ( and it still isn't two months later). On top of which, he attached insurance to the wrong line, which I didn't find out until I dropped my $400 phone in the toilet and then discovered it wasn't covered. Thanks to this whole experience, I'm going back to Cricket and taking my partner with me.
