“Didn't think I'd go into a Mattress Store and leave with new music reccomendations.. Steve Kohan is a real genuine human being. I was expecting to go to four or five different stores and just ignore the workers as I didn't want to engage in predatory sales practices and wanted to just trust the feel I get from the mattresses. I'm glad I took the time to chat with Steve Kohan, as I didn't have to go to anywhere other than my first stop at Mattress Warehouse. I was even initially going to brush off his recommendation after the sensor test they have to match you with your fit. But after briefly chatting, I could tell he wasn't just confident in the machine. He was confident in HIMSELF and his knowledge. In his own words, the machine simply confirms what he already knows. He was very calm, hospitable, and listened to my budgetary needs in his recommendation, which just so happened to be one of his favorite mattresses to recommend to people in my price range. He explained that with my budget this gives me the best of both worlds in terms of not just having a latex or foam mattress, its a spring mattress with a lumbar foam support across the way. I had thought spring mattresses were a thing of the past, and he really made me eat my words when I laid on the bed. I immediately thought it was perfect, and was blown away. The mattress arrived the very next morning, and I am so happy I let Steve Kohan direct my purchase.If anyone needs to get a new mattress and you don't know where to start, or even if you THINK you know where to start, come here and ask for Steve Kohan. The mans been doing this for 30 years and KNOWS his stuff. Not just about Mattresses, but music as well. By the end of the purchase we were rocking out to Queens first album on his phone. I don't think I'll ever forget that. It was an incredible experience, and true genuine human moment of real connection that doesn't happen as often as it should anymore in todays age. Thanks for being a real one, Steve. You really made my Friday, and this new bed is going to make my year!”

I had stopped at a couple other mattress places while out black Friday shopping and the amount of up-selling, over-promising and blowing past my price point was impressive on the parts of these sales people. They were out to MAKE MONEY.But the team at mattress firm in Collegeville, King of Prussia and Pottstown were phenomenal. “I went to purchase a smart bed and, which I did and, the manager was really nice and helpful, my problem was waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery and, on the day of arrival they was really late that put me behind on my schedule and, then barely explained quickly but they was nice. So they put the bed together and, the bed was messed up because the stickers was removed from the legs and, the bed was very wobbly and, the other technician that came on on friday because the bed was delivered on a Wednesday. So they told me that the parts had to be order and customer service calls me and said I had to wait until they arrived at my house and the next appt would be 9/20 really and the the tech said I needed a bar for the mattress, so customer service said 30.00 what I just got the bed and 2300.00 dollars, get ne a manager, so that was fixed but, I dont like I have to be in a wobbly bed and still have wait another few weeks for parts. I'm really thinking about returning this bed. ?”

“Originally went to The Dump which is located next door and were so dissatisfied with the prices and lack of customer service that we left and went to M and M! So glad we did because this place is great! The owner is so friendly and professional. Prices blow away The Dump and its more organized and easy to find what you need and want. Lots of styles, colors, fabrics, finishes and sizes of furniture to choose from. You will find what you want here. We got huge 10ft x 10ft sectional sofa & over sized ottoman (plush soft fabric); 3 Queen size BR sets (bed, dresser, mirror and night stand); 2 Queen size mattress and box spring sets and a cool bird cage lamp for less than 6,900 dollars delivered! We got a nice discount for buying so much which was equal to a little more than the cost of delivery so it's like we got delivery free of charge. That's great! I will go back when I need anything else.”

We got a wonderful deal pricewise, and Rhonda (our in-store sales associate) was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful with putting together our order and delivery. “Casper beds are great, but pricey! Reminds me of the adage: "you get what you pay for!" I like the fact that the sales rep took his time to explain all the features for the mattresses, pillows and bed frames. He even encouraged (my wife and I) to lay on the display bed(s) to experience the comfort level and massage features! After our visit here, we're seriously considering upgrading to a king sized Casper bed unit!”

“I love small businesses as opposed to big box stores. The largest differences come by means of personalization. We were met at the door by the owner with a hello & you must be "my first name". I'm "his first name". We talked a bit about what we were looking for & were then introduced to several products. We were given all kinds of options as means to pay should we find what we wanted. We also made new discoveries & discussed the choices. This company is by appointment only & the owner leaves an hour to work with each customer. It's a far cry from watching disgruntled, underpaid sales people in malls stand around doing nothing & knowing about as much. I give this place 5 stars with high recomendations.”
