If I'm not a regular customer and you never seen me before. If I have an 8am appointment then have the common courtesy to ask me if I want my car early. Instead they took endings that were after my appointment. Don't show me your appointment book like i supposed to have known that everyone that was highlighted which was after me except for maybe 1 or 2 people wanted their car by noon. Don't have my car sitting outside all morning and then bring my car in for the inspection after 2pm and call to inform something needs to be repair. If you took my car in at the scheduled appointment time maybe you would have received more than what was paid.

My husband and I have been going here for years now. They are always honest and do great work. Oil changes, brakes, tires, and my husband had a bunch a thing go wrong with his Hyundai in a short period of time and they were great about getting to the bottom of it. They knew him by name by the end of that! They also helped me out one day when the bolt holding my spare tire in my trunk wouldn't come out and they ended up having to cut it out. And they did that without an appointment. They were also honest with me when I had a broken window after a run in with a deer and they told me they weren't able to do it instead of trying and doing it wrong. We trust them and will keep coming back.

I have been a customer of Jim’s Liberty for several years, I only have gone here for gas and service to my vehicle. I never had a bad experience, until last week. I had dropped my car off for service Wednesday, I didn’t hear anything all day so I called to see what the diagnosis was, they hadn’t gotten to it and asked if they could keep it until the next day? I agreed it was not a problem I understand. Thursday I do not get a call again I called around 2:30 pm. I was told it was being looked at and I would get a call. At 4:50 pm 10 minutes before the mechanics leave Jim the owner called me and said he cannot find the problem I brought it in for and I was confused because there is a fluid leaking from under the care power steering, antifreeze or something else, how can’t you find the problem? He said oh it’s not leaking inside the car? I said what? You e been looking for a leak inside ? The writer JC wrote it wrong so again I was out of a car for yet another day. Friday I received a call from Jim again at 11:16 am saiid tou need a new radiator I guarantee it will be done by the end of the day today, we have had your car for several days, I go to pickup my car and the paperwork could not be found by the young man who works the evening, I was upset, he called Jim and I was told the radiator was wrong, ok I get it, new one came but 5 mins before the mechanics left ok however it would have been good business if I had received a call about the situation with the radiator however I did not, Jim the owner told the young man to tell me the mechanic was coming back to work on my car at 6:50 on a Friday night who was he kidding . I know better, it was 96 degrees he was not coming back, but I gave benefit of the doubt and waited until 11 pm for. Phone call it was finished cause again I was told he was gonna have it done that night because I’m a good customer. What I had was smoke blow. Up my butt, my car was not compete until Saturday afternoon I was out of a vehicle for 4 days , I go to pick it up and nothing was taken off my bill due to the shops error. The original error of JC not writing the proper info down and not receiving calls. I requested for Jim to call me Monday when he came in. I also requested by email for a phone call . I got nothing from Jim Sullivan the owner of Jim’s Liberty, he treated me like I was a stupid girl and he is a poor business owner for not returning my calls or making it right by me, I will not return and clearly he doesn’t care about his customers.

I had a regular service, oil change and inspection, with my headlights cleaned like new to pass inspection. What ever was done my car has new pep! Driving real good. Thanks Jim for the excellent service.

very nice people that work there. knowledgeable. won’t charge you for things that aren’t wrong with your car. gas is always good. they sell air fresheners!

They just replaced my headlight pigtail which costs a couple dollars in a parts store and the mechanic took less than 20 minutes for the whole job. Jim's Liberty charged me $50 for this. I feel I was overcharged and I will be calling them and speak to the owner manager.
