I purchased a VW Atlas in 2021 and bought the scratch and dent protection package. The finance manager at the time said scratches were covered and that’s what sold me on the coverage (she said- imagine your toddler takes a penny and scratches your car- it’s covered!!) Last month, I scheduled an appointment to have to scratches and dents fixed and was told scratches and paint chips weren’t covered. I also bought the interior protection package because I have young kids, but nothing there was covered either. I spoke to the current finance manager who said she wasn’t able to help, and passed my information along to one of the sales manager who “would call me.” I haven’t heard back from anyone at VW Wynn since. The coverages are a waste of money but they will tell you what you want to hear so you purchase. Even the service desk guys were surprised at how much wasn’t covered. I would not buy another car from this dealership and would not recommend.

After visiting a couple of VW dealerships, I was so happy to have met Simo, sales consultant, and Danit, financial manager, and purchased my car at Wynn. They are professional, personable, and just great to work with. I would highly recommend doing business with Wynn.

Recently leased a Taos with Simo at Wynn VW and the experience was refreshing as compared to the countless other dealerships I dealt with during my search. Hands down the only dealership I will bring my business to in the future. And if you do find yourself at Wynn, ask for Simo, a professional in every sense of the word.

Wonderful family owned dealership with an exceptional team of people and the resources and inventory of a much larger store.
Jim is a warm, friendly, no-pressure salesperson. Rob, the sales manager, made me feel at home and Danit made financing simple, straightforward, and honest.

Everything was great working with Jim G. @ Jim Wynn VW. Everyone was friendly, helpful and especially responsive. Hate the car buying experience so I do a lot of upfront communication, and all was all great ... when the deal was struck, my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in under an hour. Thanks guys ... you were great.

Such a pleasure to deal with a family operated dealership! Went to look at a new 2024 Atlas with options that I had in mind. Jim wynn did not have the one I wanted but only took Simo the sales advisor a few hours to have the one I wanted and was able to pick up next day! That’s service! This is my third vehicle I’ve purchased from here. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you so much to the Wynn group!

Great, easy experience buying a car from Jim Wynn. We worked with Jim Gablein to purchase our new Atlas Cross Sport and he was helpful, honest and transparent throughout the process. Will definitely be coming back for service and when we are ready for our next purchase.

Overall great experience from beginning to end. Everyone I spoke with was kind and professional. Walked in without an appointment to look at a few different used SUVs without a plan on buying and Steve was beyond helpful and understanding. Went back a few months later when I found a vehicle I was interested in and again had a great experience with Steve and Danit. Got a respectable price for my trade and the buying process was quick and straight forward. Definitely recommend!

As our family is soon expanding we just purchased a new 2024 VW Atlas SE Tech Peak Edition from Wynn VW. I worked with Jim Gablein for the sale of my old vehicle and purchase of the new one-, and he was great! He was knowledgable, communicative, straightforward, and found the exact car that I wanted and offered fair and competitive pricing.
We spoke to a few other VW dealerships in the area, and dealt with a few other outlets regarding my old vehicle, and Wynn by far provided the best and a seamless experience all around.
We also used VW Financial for our loan, and Danit in the Wynn business office was phenomenal! Sweet, smart and very efficient!
Would 10/10 recommend Wynn VW!
