“Today, was the best experience that I’ve had in a long time, and it was with Wilton at T-Mobile in East Norriton, PA. Wilton is not only very educated but an Amazing Salesperson. He listens to what you want and explains the difference between Apple and Android services. This location is very caring for your needs, and I would suggest going out of your way to see them even if its out of the way.

“T-mobile itself isn’t the greatest at communicating. The help line wasn’t doing their part in looking at policies, therefore they told a relative something was covered when it was not. The store manager explained it to them on the phone to resolve it then helped us with next steps.The people that work here are wonderful. They’re helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Natalie was nice and helpful as well as the manager who has so much patience and kindness.”

“I'd rather go to the dentist then get a new phone because of how hard it is to set up, and yet Jacob made it so easy!
First, he explained that this process had been greatly enhanced in the three years since I bought my last phone. Who knew?! WOW was he right. (Verizon, that info should be widely shared with all customers...people like me wouldn't hesitate then!)
And I appreciated him offering to put on my screen protector and case. The little things matter. He took his time and answered all my questions.
I chose to wait in a very busy store and the person who checked me in explained I could set up an appt., but I waited. I explained I had a doctor's appt. and had to be out within 45 minutes and when it was my turn, I was.
Today I went back with a couple of questions and was the only customer in the store at 9:00 am.
Roxanne was able to answer my few quick questions, and explained that 611 would have the technical expertise I needed. She was right! (I called Verizon and they had to transfer me to the Samsung helpdesk...and even he had trouble finding the missing microphone. I would like credit for the update that will probably now go out to millions of phones!)
Bottom line. This is a very well managed store run by very competent employees!”

“My husband and I went back to try to fix an issue we had, from a plan an employee had sold us, in which we lost some old features we had and appreciated. The first lady that sat with us was... ok at first and then we could tell she was not going to help us understand our options. Then the new senior store manager, Da-ron, jumped in and was truly a pleasure to interact with. He walked us through all of our options, with a smile, showed us how to manage the features from our phone, gave us a few options. Before he jumped in, I was considering changing plans, but will not be doing so now. I hope Verizon compensates well and makes an effort to retain people like him. I would highly recommend this store based on our experience with him”

We have used their voice services for 15+ years and have yet to be disappointed with any part. Knowledgeable account managers that respond personally to any request, no matter how small it is. On those rare occasions when we did have problems and called for support +90% of the time the person who answers the phone (and they always seems to answer) ends up resolving the issue. I don't think we've ever had a problem that lasted more than 24 hours.Highly recommend NetCarrier!”

“I went here to purchase a new phone. I was a little apprehensive after reading so many reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I was greeted by Tay and her associate at once. Tay was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. And, I was successful in getting a new phone and retrieving all my data. Thanks to Tay! lMy phone had just gone dead even though it was almost 60% charged. It no longer would turn on or charge. It was an older S21 and I did want to update anyway. I had previously gone to the Lima store and was told by an associate there that he couldn't recover my data unless he could turn it on. He sent me to repair shop in the Springfield mall. But, instead, I found the T Mobile store there. The associate there told me that was not true and all he needed to do was transfer Sim cards to get most of the info. However, he didn't have the phone I was looking for and sent me to the Newtown Square store. As I said, the reviews were just scary. However, in seconds of meeting Tay, I knew I was in good hands. Being older and not at all tech savvy, I just trusted in her expertise and was not disappointed. I got a great phone, she transferred the Sim card and then asked if my data had been backed up on the Samsung cloud. I wasn't sure but one press of the button and my new phone was set up just like the old with all my contacts, apps, calls and messages in place. Her associate was also very helpful but I didn't get his name. She did sell me case accessories that I knew were over priced but I bought them to, hopefully boost her commission ( if she gets one) for the amount of time and patience she took with me. Much appreciated!”
“My elderly mother had a billing issue and couldn't get through to telephone support so she went to the Verizon store to try to sort it out. The manager on duty was Rashid and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mother. He not only straightened out the issue, but helped my mom install the Verizon app so she could try to address any future issues through the app. Thank you Rashid for being so nice, so helpful. I wish I could have been there to help but its nice to know people like you are there to lend a hand to people in need of good old fashioned customer service.”
