This store is the greatest . Bought mY grandson who is 6 a Playstation 5 and they were very informative and did not push to oversell . Helped me to pick out appropriate games for him. STAFF IS VERY VERY FRIENDLY AND WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP THERE.

You can go by the hours posted at all. They don't open at 11 they frequently close midday Customer service is horrible do yourself a favor and visited different gamestop

GameStop has been so disappointing lately and just seems to get worse every visit. Not just this store, but most stores I go to have awful customer service. Inaccurate policies, too. Done supporting this franchise. If you’re looking to trade in games, I would go to PayMore in Malvern.

Every time I go to this specific location I have a hard time with the attendant whom seems to be the only one there . Lacks customer service & compassion for the position . I used the GameStop official website to get insight on a trade-in offer. Once I had arrived to the store the attendant let me know that that store was no longer excepting the specific game, and he didn’t even offer an explanation as to why, after I explained that the official website gave an offer. He just shrugged it off, and proceeded to ask for my ID

What's good: customer service was great.What was concerning:I've just spent $525.37 worth of items and the least they could do is remember to put everything that was purchased into the bag. The associate forgot to add what was the most expensive item which was my XBOX Series X SSD memory. Now I have to go back there and explain this to someone there tomorrow and hope there's no hastle.The associate should've double checked but in all fairness we were engaged into some good conversations and she was trying to assist other customers well past the closing time and I was in the store for over an hour.Post edit 08/01/2023: They managed to hold on to the SSD however, I realized upon opening the PS3 GoldenEye Reloaded case it contains a heavily scratched PS2 game of GoldenEye Rogue Agent. I'll have to give them a call about that one tomorrow. Overall outside this blip it's been a pretty good experience. I'm pretty sure I can get an exchange on the game and everything else that was purchased was checked and approved ?

Employees could not care less about the presence of customers. Associate who wrung me up basically refused to acknowledge my existence, mumbled two words to me, and was on his phone during the transaction. This is clearly a company that does not want to be in business anymore. I'm done.

This place never has its doors open during business hours. It’s always opening late and closing early. The store already opens late, like 12pm, why is it 20 minutes after 12 and it still isn’t open?

Showed up at 7:45 on March 18th. Doors locked, all lights on, although it supposedly closes at 9pm; called and was hung up on. ??????
