I had taken my Mother to see Mr. Hugh Gbewonyo for unbalanced gait and severe painful arthritis. He greeted her with kindness and was very professional. After scanning her foot he explained what was happening to her anatomically as she walks. He custom designed orthotics and appropriate footwear. She felt "like she had new feet" and could not thank him enough for the support and encouraging words. God bless this young man. P.s. he has a newspaper article posted that further speaks of his skill and his journey into this field. Thank you Mr. Gbewonya.

Wonderful experience with Hugh !!! I would not have been able to enjoy my life and trip to Italy without the inserts ordered and the shoes I purchased at Foot Solutions!!! Very caring and knowledgeable person Hugh is. I would and have sent friends to him!! Thank you Hugh!!

Hugh was absolutely wonderful with my 92 year old mother! Absolutely so professional and respectful with her, and the 3 visits we needed to make sure the shoes she chose were fitted properly were so worth it! He was so accommodating of the difficulties she has with ambulating!Previously my mother was barely able to walk due to the pain of deep corns on the balls of her feet. Despite every 5 week visits with podiatrists, she had pain just a few weeks after her podiatry visits. Now due to the proper shoes and custom made inserts she’s not experiencing any of the pain she’d had previously! The proper shoes and custom inserts made all the difference!Thank you Hugh! Was skeptical at first because this isn’t the place my podiatrist recommended, but the orthodics they made were lighter, better, and more comfortable for my son’s severe flat feet than the original place. The owner is a class act & so knowledgeable - could probably be teaching in a college somewhere. I can’t say enough good things about this shop! Strongly recommend ????

I absolutely love Foot Solutions. I have gone there for years for both shoes and customized inserts. More recently I took my husband there for shoes and he really liked the quality of the shoes. He used to get his shoes at department stores and they never fit right. He loves the ones he got at Foot Solutions. I just took my daughter there too. She has a part time job and has to stand for 8 hours. She had so much foot pain. She did get the customized inserts and she no longer has the foot pain and she can stand for 8 hours without foot pain! Thank you Foot Solutions!

They diagnosed my foot problem efficiently and accurately. The custom orthotic has helped tremendously, I no longer have any foot pain, even while playing competitive tennis. Highly recommended!

I’ve been to a LOT of shoe stores, but none of them compare to the attention and expertise of what I received at Foot Solutions. My chiropractor suggested I could get some relief from chronic pain through visiting Hugh at Foot Solutions. Hugh’s ability to listen and find the best solution for my specific health challenges was incredibly helpful as I transitioned to more supportive shoes and also orthotic inserts. He also customized my right shoe with a lift in the sole to support my leg length discrepancy. I’ve continued to use Hugh for advice, and to help select shoes to fit my lifestyle needs. You won’t regret visiting Foot Solutions with Hugh. Your body will thank you!

Came in earlier today looking for pain solutions for my mother. The store clerk was very knowledgeable about her problem, however, we had to pry for the actual solution. When you're offering a solution that costs $500, I don't think it's much to ask to try to sell it. We left feeling like we weren't good enough customers to be worth selling to. Consider being more personable to future clients. We unfortunately won't be coming back and will have to look for solutions elsewhere. It's unfortunate because we literally live a block away.

My daughter has suffered from heel pain for many years. She was diagnosed with sever's disease by her pediatrician. We tried all of the treatments including heel pads, sock cushions, etc. The pain continued to get worse and spread to her knees and hips. Sports (travel soccer) became torture. We took her to foot solutions, and he immediately diagnosed her (not sever's) and provided the recommended solution. The pain she had for years resolved in 1 week. Very courteous and professional. A true expert.

Hugh , at Foot Solutions was really helpful and informative when I came to him about wanting to make sure I had the right shoes. I sometimes experience shin splints ad was dealing with a sore knee . He took the time to do a complete evaluation of my walking style and the way my feet hit the ground both when I walk and am at rest. He saw that I was shifting my weight on my feet to compensate for those problems and explain how custom orthotics in my shoes would help alleviate my problems before they got worse. I received them promptly and they have been working ever since. I was so pleased I sent my daughter to him as well. She lives in NYC and walks everywhere and was having problems with all her shoes not fitting correctly. Hugh was able to help her as well! Great job! I would highly recommend Hugh at Foot Solutions!

Hugh, who runs the place, is knowledgeable and patient. Good selection of pain relief footwear. Cost savings there, compared to a traditional foot doctor, is apparent for non surgical treatments. Go there first before considering an orthotic with an orthopedic doctor.

Hugh is incredible!!! I took my elderly mom who loves to walk an hour every day but her collapsing arches were making just getting up from sitting or daily activities a challenge. She was becoming depressed. Hugh fitted her with orthotics which realigned her posture, making her ankles feel stronger. Shes back to her daily walks and feeling more confident. You need to see Hugh. He will get you back on you feet too!! Thank you Hugh.

Foot pain, hip pain, back pain, knee pain…I have learned the hard way, that all of these problems are significantly worsened by having improper shoes and improper shoe inserts (orthotics). Proper shoes and orthotics, however, seem to act as a solid FOUNDATION (just like that in a house), that can affect EVERYTHING positively!So, if you have painful feet…there is only One person and One place to go to for help—“Hugh” the owner of Foot Solutions in East Norriton, PA! I have gone to Hugh for years for help selecting the right shoes and custom orthotics to alleviate my foot, ankle, and referred knee/hip pain. He is experienced, very knowledgeable, very friendly/kind, and extraordinarily helpful. He is determined to help you find the best solution to resolve your pain. In my experience, he has helped me far more than any surgeon, or therapist or podiatrist! Also, after you visit him, he asks you to “follow up” as he wants to make sure you are being helped.I am a very critical person and seldom ever give anyone a 5 star review (with 5 being the highest and absolute best). Hugh, at Foot Solutions, is a 10! To top things off….he’s a nice and genuinely good/hearted person. It’s truly a pleasure doing business with him!
