Over 50% of the washers and dryers are broken. Close to 75%. Also for the last 8 months or so the place reeks to the heavens of raw sewage. Whatever the problem with the bathroom pipe the owners can't be bothered to fix it. You can barely breathe inside. You have to stand outside like an animal for over an hour while you wash and dry your clothes. I don't understand why these people can't fix their machines and their sewage pipe. Also, none of them speak English,so if you have a problem you're screwed unless you speak Spanish. Lastly, why do you have three small laundry cards for a huge operation like this? Even with most of the machines broken, people still need more than three laundry carts! Trifling, unfriendly , irresponsible owner. Wish I could give this place negative stars. Unfortunately, Norristown is a cesspit and this is the only laundry in the area. If you have a car you're lucky you can go find a decent laundromat with working machines that doesn't smell like raw sewage.???

Majority of the washers are broken or don’t work! A lot of the Dryers are out as well! It’s almost like let’s see if this one works today or not! And the staff primarily speaks Spanish which is cool but act like they can’t help you unless you speak to them in Spanish!Customer service is ok at best people are often fighting over laundry carts and washers! I will say this place used to be really nice now it’s a game of luck with the machines and your laundry I definitely don’t recommend this place unless you absolutely have to!

This is very stupid in order to leave a review you are forced to give a star. I didn't want to give 1 this place doesn't deserve it. My mother and nephew's wife go here and they spend hours drying and clothes are still wet when they get home. Half the washer and dryers are not working. Dryers don't get hot enough probably do to not cleaning the lint out.I Recommend You Don't go here Ever.

When I first started going there 5 years ago, it was great. Now, half the washers and some dryers are out of order (some 1+ year) with no sign of them being fixed, and they suddenly became cash only in the last couple of weeks. I personally never carry cash, which has made it very inconvenient. Nice staff, but everything is falling apart and I've started taking my business elsewhere.

I arrived here today at 11:30am to do a total of 3 loads, it is now 2:30pm and my clothes are still drying! Pathetic Excuse For A Business out of approximately 70 dryers, no more than 30 actually heat up enough to dry your clothes in 40 minutes, now as for the washers they are operating @50%! If I wanted to spend my entire day in the laundromat I would have just washed them in my apt building! You would think a large laundromat such as this would at the very least have operational machines to accommodate your customers! The owner of Dekalb Laundry also owns the Supermarket next door so how do you not have enough money to fix your broken washers and dryers. Which means he doesn’t care about his customer, but I care where I spend my money!!NEVER WASH HERE!!
