Excellent and informative workers that help you with your prescriptions, and necessary every day needs for health products support braces for hands knees ankles back and vitamin supplements. All first ade needs etc etc etc! Great place for even foods and all your body creams, hair products, face soaps!!!

Always dirty, barely any workers, and they are always running out of stuff. They NEVER keep their shelves stocked. You always have to wait a week or so to get items. My advice? Go to Rite Aid. Rite Aid > CVS

The Men who worked in the todays shift 02/12/24 around at 7:30 -8:30pm was soo rude . He was keep hanging up on me . I called in for enquiry on something and he is not even listening to me and he was keep on hang up over and over again such racist behavior .It’s my first time happing at this CVS store. Other people were very generous and helpful.

Efficiency, Courtesy, Accuracy, and Customer Service is Non Existing at CVS in general but Norristown is on a whole new level of Lousy! I picked up my prescriptions, went home only to find that they filled an old medication that the Dr replaced with a different medication approximately 10 mos prior!My Dr was so upset she called them. When I went to pick up the correct medication they were looking like I was the problem, never apologized and had an attitude. They filled the wrong medication! I am the customer!Imagine the consequences of filling the wrong prescription for a patient! Smh

If you care about your UPS package, don't use the Access Point at this store; the employees don't care if they hand it off to UPS or it sits around the store and even if you get a confirmation receipt, that won't guarantee it gets picked up. Asking staff at this store for more information only gets attitude. The store is dirty with empty merchandise boxes, old receipts and straight trash all over the floor.

The pharmacy had a horrible service ,they're so RUDE they never answer phone calls, every time I go to get my medicine I have to go with enough time because they don't submit the med cost to my insurance company and I have to wait so they can do it. They need to be retrained and add it a CUSTOMER SERVICES training ?

The attention is good. In my opinion, a Hispanic employee should do it. Since the Place. There are more Hispanics. Give more maintenance around in terms of cleanliness and inside. The Employees would appreciate it and so would the Customer. It is my opinion. I'm not going to post photos. Well I don't know if there is a budget. But why else? Yes. I do not understand. Well. The staff is attentive and friendly.

The Pharmacy ALWAYS has problems refilling my prescription! They need better employees in the pharmacy that know how to do there job right. They don't care if you haven't had your medicine for days maybe weeks. I recommend a different pharmacy store to go to. If not you will have the same problem. Horrible customer service from pharmacy mainly. Needs new employees that have experience and better knowledge on how to get your medication on time..

I have been using this pharmacy for five plus years. During the past 3 months, I have been disappointed with the customer service. There’s long wait times on the phone and in the store. There’s a bad glitch in the text system. This store had a past history of excellent customer service. Sadly, it has declined.

The pharmacy staff lack professionalism. It's sad to watch. Lines down the aisles full of people waiting to be seen. Cashier (Patricia) eating what appeared to be popcorn while checking customets out. My prescription was sent in by my physician at approximately 9am. I arrived at the location at 5:04pm to pickup my prescription. Only to be advised it wasn't ready and I needed to wait 20 mins. As I stood and waited, I watched staff members giggle at my irritation and prepare prescriptions for others while I stood waiting. I observed people come in after me to drop a prescription off and leave with it filled before me. My prescription consisted of THREE pills. If it wasn't for the ONLY staff member who seemed to care (Alaysia per my receipt) I'd probably still be standing there waiting. I didn't end up checking out until 5:41pm per my receipt.

This place deserves several 1 star reviews. Sadly, I can only leave one. This location doesn't allow kids under 18 in. The pharmacy is a joke: leave you on hold from 1225-1 and then go to lunch from 1-2. Store is a mess. As someone who has worked for CVS in the past, this location falls far below the company standards. 10/10 do not recommend.

The store is ok. But the pharmacy seems to suffer from issues that impact customer satisfaction. 1. EVERYBODY take a 30 min lunch at the same time. 2. USUALLY there is a line of 3-7 people waiting for pickup. 3. There seems to be a glitch in the text system and it is frequently out of sync with what phase your refill is in. Finally, last week, I was in line to pick up a scrip and got turned away for the lunch break. I'm done.

Edited on the phone for 11 minutes to spk with pharmacy. They never picked up, 9:00 to 9:14 am.
