Usually have a good experience when coming to the Norristown Cricket store but after getting a new phone here last week it constantly “froze up“,I checked the hours of operation to confirm that they’d be open when I arrived there (since no one ever answers the phone), Then when I do arrive there’s a “Be back in 20 min.” note taped to the inside of the door…Well 2 hrs. later the note is still there and the door is locked.
Total waste of Gas, Time & $!
If you’re going to be away longer than the noted time someone should at the very least update the note or website.
Hopefully they get it together soon or I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

i did not get his name but the guy helping out the store on tuesday may 14 was super friendly and honest and attentive. never rushed us or made us feel like a burden.
thank you for helping my dad set up his new phone and line.

It's a good place to get a good phone and cheap service I got a Samsung A14 free and had to pay a activation fee and a one time payment of $60 then my bill will be $30 every month after that so you can't beat that!??

I went in there trying to get a New phone and the White Woman in there was very confused about what I was looking for. I was very specific and she got RUDE with me. I don’t know what happened here because 2 weeks ago I changed my Carrier To cricket. A young man was working there and he was very professional and polite.I wonder what’s happening in this store.ALL I WANTED WAS TO ADD A NEW LINE TO MY SERVICE!

this store guy is so rude he don't know how to talk to their customer. he make me wait 29 min to wait just because he was on the other phone i was standing in front of him 29 min and left store. not acceptable behaver by cricket employee. Never going to come back switching to simple mobile because of 3rd time disappointed..

Hours said open at 10 am but the guy open store at 10:35am . He was so rude this was my second time both times he was so mad and so rude so unprofessional. I wish I can give 0star
