This branch is strictly ATM only. You can pick up the phone and speak with a virtual banker. I have had to do that on a few occasions. Unfortunately, one would not take a deposit stating that it was not written correctly. It's been written the same way for years, which I tried to explain but there was a language barrier. I came back the next day - different virtual teller, no issue. Very inconvenient.

This branch has no tellers, and no cash. If you want to do anything except open or close an account, you're wasting your time here. When asked about this, the snide young lady on duty there said "All of that is handled by the ATM". I went to an actual Citizen's Bank branch to transact business with people. Silly me!

I Came in to make a cashiers check deposit and was approached by personal banker wanting my card and driver's license under the guise of wanting to make sure everything was up to date "for me". Made me very uncomfortable to the point that I said give me my cards back i will go to a different bank. I have been with citizens since it was Mellon and have never been made to feel uncomfortable like that.

Stopped in here today because was in the area, VERY personable teller! Offered advice on a better way to bank for my 16 yr. old, a great help! This is the 3rd Citizens bank I been in the area and they always go the extra mile?

always make me feel like i come at the wrong time, nobody smile, i feel very uncomfortable

Some of the staff complains too much about having to do their job like removing staples from papers or having to do extra paperwork in general. I find that a little rude.
