I worked with both Stu and Orlando. Both gentlemen were fantastic, patient, and understanding with me. I sat in a few cars and test-drove one as well. There was no pressure to purchase, and the conversation was set at my pace. It was a great experience. I highly recommend both of these gentlemen. Overall, the entire staff was friendly, including the young men who moved the car out of the showroom for me to test-drive, to the gentleman who appraised my car. Thank you all for being so caring!

At first glance this place doesn’t have a great reputation or BBB rating, nevertheless they had the vehicle I needed. The way their system is set up they have people in their “call center” who do most of the communication with you before you get to the dealership if you reach out online or by phone. These people are somewhat ill equipped to answer many of your questions including accurate stock information as others have said and I witnessed while in their showroom. That needs improvement for sure. If I had driven the two hours I needed to go only to find the vehicle I inquired about, confirming it’s available beforehand, only to find it wasn’t there…I would’ve been furious. But I was fortunate and the one I wanted was there.
Upon arrival I was assigned a very nice and competent salesman named Lance who made my experience quite pleasant. He was professional and responsive ensuring I had what I needed to make an informed purchase. I went over the vehicle with a fine toothed comb and made sure Lance understood that I came to strike a fair deal knowing I had done my homework on the KBB value of the vehicle and the one I wanted to trade. I told him to inform his sales manager so they wouldn’t insult me with a low ball offer. He assured me he did as I asked but despite that, the initial amount for my trade was laughable. In addition they added in a warranty I didn’t ask for or want that would’ve cost me a few thousand more had I not seen it. I responded to their initial offer pointing out the additional fees I needed removed and insisting they give me a more realistic amount on my trade. They did come back at an acceptable amount and a deal was agreed upon.
In the end the car I bought was purchased at a good price, the car traded received a respectable amount, and I was gifted a nice golf umbrella so I can do some free advertising for them. LOL I’ve since had the purchased car checked by my family mechanic and he assures me everything looks good and I made a good purchase. I encourage you to do the same since CarVision only offers a 30 day/1000 mile limited dealer warranty on your purchase. I’ve since received a message from them telling me my first oil change is complimentary as well which is nice but probably not worth another four hour round trip drive.
Would I recommend CarVision? Yes, but I also recommend that you always take personal responsibility and do your research before making such a big purchase. As for my salesman Lance, I’d definitely recommend him. He’s a standup guy.
The “call center” system however needs a lot of improvement in my opinion. They need real time access to inventory and better communication with the sales team to ensure people are going to see the vehicle they’re coming to see. They also need to be equipped better to answer simple questions like who do I make the check out to…they don’t know the answer when I called to confirm while at the bank. When they did give me an answer, it was not quite accurate.
Anyway, I hope this review is helpful for others and you find the vehicle you need at a price that you feel is fair all while having a pleasant buying experience.

Carolina Lorenzo was amazing. We knew what car we wanted when we arrived, but she made the entire process painless! She answered every question professionally and if she didn't know she would ask the right person to find out for us. This is my 2nd time buying from car vision and never felt like I was pressured to leave with something.
Atmosphere was welcoming, staff was polite and professional, water and coffee was offered. Will definitely come back in the future.
FYI, it's hassle free but prices are the best around so I can't complain.
