They were there Monday morning to take the rug for cleaning and did a fantastic job getting the stain out. They calmed my fears that the rug would be stained forever. “Liz came in and worked with us to replace the flooring in our entire house. She and her team were very thorough, and the entire house looked absolutely wonderful. It was a very large project, but she helped us choose what made the most sense with our house and needs.Unfortunately the floor in our kitchen started to crack at the joints, so I reached back out to Liz and she immediately got back to me. She reached out to the manufacturer, sent a sample of the floor away to the manufacturer for a claim to have it replaced, and it was deemed defective. She ordered brand new flooring - it took a few weeks for it to come in, but she had her team come and install it right away once it came in. She took care of everything and made it an extremely seamless process, and I can't thank her enough.I highly recommend using them for any and all of your flooring needs - they're fast, competitive pricing, and they helped us right away post-install when we had an issue!”

Last week our wall-to-wall in the basement got flooded and they made replacing most of the padding and re-installing the carpet effortless. We shopped everywhere before we ended up at King Carpet. We found these guys to be much more reasonable and transparent. Their selection of remnants is excellent and they are displayed in an easy-to-see manor (not piled in stacks). “This is our third time using Norman, Paul once again came to us with samples and after much deliberation ( on our part) we chose a beautiful carpet to upgrade our builders grade in our bedroom. The communication prior to was excellent. They came exactly when expected, and were amazing at not only the install but moving the furniture! The carpet and experience were both exceptional!
This is the second time we have worked with Norman and have been extremely happy with the quality of the product(we have done both wood flooring and carpet stair runner) and installation. We would highly recommend them and would certainly work with them again. Paul came to work with us both times, and also did some additional research to be sure we had what we needed for a great quality product while being sensitive to costs.”
