“For a month my car was parked under a tree that lost it's leaves. It left dark, colorful leaf imprints all over the roof and hood. Captain was so nice and friendly. He came over and helped me personally. He wanted to make sure I took the car through a second time free of charge and if I wasn't satisfied, it was OK to take it through again. He gave me such excellent customer service that I decided this year for Christmas all the adults I buy for will be getting a gift card from Captain Car Wash!
