I just joined this carwash in December 2024. I like this carwash. They have 3 options to wash your car. I just started using the brushless wash. I sent the owner a email and he returned my call with in a few minutes. This place has good customer service!

For a month my car was parked under a tree that lost it's leaves. It left dark, colorful leaf imprints all over the roof and hood. Captain was so nice and friendly. He came over and helped me personally. He wanted to make sure I took the car through a second time free of charge and if I wasn't satisfied, it was OK to take it through again. He gave me such excellent customer service that I decided this year for Christmas all the adults I buy for will be getting a gift card from Captain Car Wash! Thank you, Captain Car Wash for taking such good care of me and my car!!

Everything you need. Quality touchiness wash. Staff is very friendly.Vacuums could be a bit stronger but better than I can do at home.

Very happy I received a free carwash for my birthday. Not only that the attendant was phenomenal helping me find my code on my phone and also gave me a free airfreshner n wished me a Happy Birthday. Car looks great n i beyond love the towels available for me to dry off. 5 star for sure.

I don't live close to this car wash. As a matter of fact I pass at least 6 other car washes to drive to Captain Car Wash. The 30 minute drive is well worth it. I recently took advantage of the $30 Monthly special full unlimited washes in 30 days. Don't worry about bringing dry rags as this wash has an entire section of dryers that leaves your car almost completely dry. The sales, service and ownership are great and very attentive to customers. I highly recommend this car wash which keeps my BMW 540i spotless. The Ceramic Wax keeps my car looking new.

The best car wash in the area by far. The workers are all friendly and helpful. Easy in and out. I signed up for the monthly unlimited, and it is well worth it. Car looks brand new! Plus free vacuum, shampoo, and towels to dry any remaining water, which isn't much. What more can you ask for? Telling all my friends and family.
