The staff here are amazing and so kind! I came in with a necklace that was gifted to me by father and was extremely upset it broke. The staff were able to fix it and even though I wasn’t buying an expensive piece of jewelry they still treated me with the upmost respect and kindness and repaired my unreplaceable necklace. Thank you for being amazing and helping me today!

They cleaned my ring so beautifully for my wedding day! They are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they have their own in-house jeweller. I will definitely be back to purchase some of their beautiful jewelry!

Great experience. Needed a small accent stone replaced on my engagement ring halo (which was not purchased at Caparo). Got the ring replated at the same time. Everything was done in 2 days and was an extremely fair price.

I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. In February I had work done on 4 chains repaired and 3 new watche batteries. One off the new watches stopped working. Kept recipient and went back to the store for a new battery. Of course I was told it was the watch and needed to be sent out, my reply was just replace the battery and see if it worked. It was taken in the back replaced and TOLD WE MARK OUR BATTERIES AND THIS DID NOT HAVE OUR MARK. I WASN'T BEING CHARGED BUT WAS TREATED LIKE I WAS PULLING A FAST ONE FOR A NEW BATTERY.I can well aware pay for a 15.00 battery but the one placed should have been still been working after 4 month. Needless to say I was very upset with the whole situation and will look for a new jewelry store to deal with.

Poor quality jewelry -all 3 items purchased broke within a month. I was also given a bracelet that was not soldered and was forced to pay to finish the work..
