Wouldn't advise going here, went in, guy working wasn't very helpful and if anything made me feel like I was a problem for asking for help. Also seemed like he was trying to charge me more than the other location as I was given a way lower pricing point at the 26 W Main location. Wouldn't recommend overall, either go to 26 W Main or just do it online.

Buying Boost online is a scam. They send you bad SIM cards and by the time you figure out the phone won't work it's past the time where you can return the phone. Which is only 10 purchase online days which is half of that which took the time of the phone to get to you. So they don't give you the 30 day window like the other companies to return something that won't work. And if you go in person to the store you pay $30 for the sim and $30 for activation. I am clearly out $80 of my hard earned money and nothing and a phone that won't work.Scam .. I went to the Verizon store the next day and had a phone free turned on within 1 hour . Buyers beware at boost . Nov 2023

horrible location. over charged me by saying that the SIM CARDS are $10, when all other boost locations don't charge for that when you purchase a brand new phone. It was only supposed to be a $15 device setup charge. Don't go here, these two dudes here were d*** and didn't know what the hell they were doing. No uniforms, sitting around like they own the joint, would give 0 stars if I could
