Good old fashioned parts store with employees that actually know about cars(unlike alot of people at the big chain stores). Price for what I needed was around 40% cheaper than the big chain stores up the road($35 vs $60) for the same part, same brand.

Not very good service, and the guarantees are not respected, in the items for sale, when they leave they do not want to respect the guarantee.

I am a current commercial customer of Bob’s, and I was in a bind with finding brake rotors for a specialty vehicle. My associate I always deal with is named Mike. He is your go to guy for anything you need for a vehicle! He will go out of his way to find the part that you need. He actually ran to another location for me just to pick up my rotors. Exceptional service, you’ll never find a better parts store! Thanks Mike!

Didn't know if my car needed oil or what kind. One of the workers came outside checked my oil for me and showed me what kind of oil l needed. Very helpful gentleman.

Hands down the best auto parts store in the area! Never go anywhere else.Every employee is knowledgeable and able to help you unlike the kids they got working at Advanced Auto Parts & Auto Zone and them stores.Bob's Auto Parts even most times beats everyone else's prices in the area, or if they can't, you end up receiving a better quality product for maybe a few extra bucks.I only shop at Bob's Auto Parts or online at Rock Auto or Parts Geek if I can wait for the part that I need.

The guy on the phone, answers too loud and talks like he's at his house asking what's good when he picks up the call from being on hold. Unprofessional.
