I purchased 5 cigars from this place. The cigars that were sent to me were hard and breaking up. When I reached out to the company about the cigars I was told they were not old and to put them in a humidifier. I know when cigars are old and the ones that were sent to me were definitely old.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cigars I ordered. It made me realize just how poorly the ones at my local b&m are cared for.One of the items I ordered was unavailable but Sam got in touch with me, made the substitution and sent the order out quickly.I will continue to order cigars from them.

Poor ventilation, no fine cigars just good cigars. I think the associate thought I was ATF....? because I asked about Cubans...Got REAL nervous..... Couldn't wait until I left, I looked around in the humidor room.I bet he has Cubans...lol... I doubt I'll go backJust my experience, other's may love it,maahh..
