I got my new tub a year ago and absolutely HATE it. So very hard to clean with a bad back because I can only use BF approved cleaning products and non abrasive scrubbers. Had to buy several new things to see what cleans best and still leaves a residue. Also had to have them come back several times shortly after install because they installed the wrong parts and my tub had standing water when I showered. The only few positives I will say is each tech that came out was so very nice and the shower looks beautiful. Beautiful but not functional for me. I actually miss my old larger tub. I'm glad I'm in the same boat with other customers that don't give a glowing review. Every week I clean my tub I am reminded of how much I loathe my tub and the $9k!! I spent!

The consultant worked with me to plan an affordable estimate, very friendly and treated me so respectfully. The installer was again friendly, kept me abreast of everything he was doing and the work was impeccable. Bathfitters did a great removing cast iron tub and installing a walk in shower. Joe and Sean were both wonderful!

Now we HATE our shower after service. Tecs (yes, multiple tecs/visits) came out to repair door. The balance valve innards were replaced for drip and IMMEDIATELY lost all shower pressure. Told multiple times to "have a home pressure test done". Sorry, the whole house didn't loose pressure in that one hour window. ALSO. Tec changed the shower head due to wear, replaced our large Rain Head with a tiny selector head, same head that's on the remote handle. Claimed "their branch only uses one type shower head". After fighting with support, they want to charge $600 to come put on the shower head THEY ORIGINALLY INSTALLED!!! Extremely disappointed with this outcome, will not recommend them to anyone. Went to local trade show, they have our original head on display and In catalog. Still told it was not available in this branch.....

I was very happy with my installer, Pedro. A true gentleman who was expecting to go to a different site but was "pulled" to cover a sick call on my scheduled day. The work looks beautiful! ?

Parts and install took 2 weeks longer than quoted and they left the water running in my unoccupied home and cost me over $250 in water bills

The new shower was finished in one and a half days. The installer worked very hard. He asked me where I wanted certain things. He was very pleasant and unobtrusive. I am very pleased with the final product.

Overall good job and Bath Fitters is well organized. There are 3 steps I would say. The sales side which is very in depth. Scheduling/Planning. And Install. All 3 are good! I would recoomend starting out on their website where you can build your own 3d image and get ideas of how, what, and each piece you want to upgrade in your bath or shower.
