“When I went to the bank, I am in the process of closing my account due to the decision to change grocery stores to NO TELLER virtual reality sites via an atm. I'm old school. Hannah was my teller today. I think someone may have called out. The woman has the communication skills of a CEO. I want to stay with Citizens due to Hannah and my initial experience getting my 17 yr old's account with Sabina, who has also been so nice over the few years since I started my account, and salvaged from my disappointment of moving to tech, no teller at the grocery store location, by my great, easy, and communicative experience wIth HANNAH. I believe I also saw the old teller from Giant at this branch today, a total sweetheart as well, and wish I had gotten her name to add here. THANK YOU, CITIZEN'S. KEEP HER, OR I'M LEAVING.”
