“Good old fashioned parts store with employees that actually know about cars(unlike alot of people at the big chain stores). Price for what I needed was around 40% cheaper than the big chain stores up the road($35 vs $60) for the same part, same brand.”

“My husband and I have been going here for years now. They are always honest and do great work. Oil changes, brakes, tires, and my husband had a bunch a thing go wrong with his Hyundai in a short period of time and they were great about getting to the bottom of it. They knew him by name by the end of that! They also helped me out one day when the bolt holding my spare tire in my trunk wouldn't come out and they ended up having to cut it out. And they did that without an appointment. They were also honest with me when I had a broken window after a run in with a deer and they told me they weren't able to do it instead of trying and doing it wrong. “This team came up big for me! My vehicle broke down an hour plus from home and had it towed to a local shop. They ended up wanting to charge me an outrageous amount. I called up Vega and they quoted me half the price before I mentioned anything about the car being at another shop. I had it towed over their the next day and had do the job. Jennifer was awesome to work with. There was a little issue that occurred but Andy and Jennifer took care of everything! If they lived closer, they would be my new mechanic! Thanks for everything!”
“Hardest part of getting your vehicle worked on is can you trust the shop. I can tell you that Anthony, Frank and their team are honest. I’ve had several small jobs done to my vehicles always impressed with coast and how quick the repairs were done. Just recently had an entire engine put into my truck everything went as planned and agin best price and was done fast. Will continue using them.”
“I've been going to this business a little while now, after after a AAA rep suggested it to me. I had a great local Norristown mechanic for years, but post-pandemic, he seemed to me to start "finding" things wrong with my cars. First time I let it slide, first couple of times, but after I'd get a second opinion elsewhere, and the tech would suggestion, "Seriously???" I knew I could no longer trust this place outside of an oil change. Long story short, Scott's auto has been very genuine with their diagnosis, and their costs are the best in town. Its as simple as that.
I would say, it would be great if they had a bigger footprint, in regards to getting your car in and out, but that doesn't affect my review.”

“I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally! Would definitely and come back and use KAR Automotive services for future car issues.Service: Brakes”
