I had engine trouble with my Class C motorhome as I was traveling through the Lackawanna PA area. I called 3 Ford dealers in the area and they would not give me the time of day. I called Rogers and John listened to my woes and said he would be happy to drive the 15 miles to Lackawanna State Park, wow, very impressive. He looked at my RV and we figured it was a major job, he suggested I check with one more Ford dealer Gibbons Ford and if they refused he would take on the job! I thought this was a very honest thing to do, as it turned out Gibbons did the job so we did not use Rogers. I would use them if I needed work done because I felt they were honest and helping me out even though it wasn't the best thing for their pocket book. Good guys!
