I had a major problem with the hood having opened up while I was driving. Totally destroyed the hood. The dealership, where I bought the car, had replaced the hood and sensor with inferior replacement parts. There was no way for the driver to know the hood was not latched. The team at Nicholson Tire took care of the replacement by getting original car-maker parts. Since there was no fault on my part, there was no charge to me. That was the right thing to do. It was not easy, but they did the right thing!
These guys are honest and trustworthy. That is rare in today's world.

This place was recommended to me and I figured I'd give it a try. I had my car inspected in March, no issues. 2 weeks later my car was really loud and I knew something happened with the muffler. Went back, Keith put a new muffler on. A week later, my car is loud and the engine light is on. Keith told me that I had a pin hole in the exhaust pipe and not to worry abt it. He turned the engine light off and told me it was on because my gas cap was loose. My car tells me "your gas cap is loose" it wasn't that and he lied. Now my car is loud again a week later I call and Keith said he couldn't look at it for 4 days, I said Ok. I went back this past Friday and he said: oh to save you some money I put a "bandaid" on the pipe and charged me $100. So by now Ive paid every time Ive been there and nothing is fixed and no money is being saved. Not even 12 hrs later the engine light comes back on and my car is loud again. Called Keith, he said stop down sometime I dont know the make and model of your car and I need those details to order the parts!!!! wtf? I am so disgusted I will never go there again. So now I have to find another place farther from home and pay another bill but at least it will be fixed. Keith should fix it and take $100 off of the bill. I am livid over this.

Started going here only because my tire shop since 1989 had become too far from my new orbit.
No reason not to stay with Nicholson Tire. Good work, very reasonable labor, short wait for appointment. More tires in stock than you might expect. Equipped to do a range of repairs. Strong evidence that this is where the local businesses keep their work vehicles in repair.
First thing they did for me was fix someone else's problem efficiently and for little cost. Estimated prices for tires are real, without the additional surprises one gets from chains advertising price. If you expect every shop that gets your car on a lift to hit you with a laundry list of things you "must get fixed right away", then you will have to adjust. If they see something that requires comment, you get a comment. The vulture with the clipboard and the liability releases is not employed here. Trust is earned.

I had a bad valve stem and was pretty much stuck quite a bit away from my destination. Nicholson Tire was there to help me out and get me on my way. Top notch guys, top notch shop. Don't hesitate to bring your vehicle here.

Fast, friendly, good prices. I've gone here tons of times, and as a female, I've never been pushed to buy things that I don't need because they assume I have little knowledge of a car like other places I've been. I would definitely recommend!
