I would give them no stars if I could. My wife went to pick up prescriptions for one of our tenants. The person behind the counter must not have known that we were the landlords, because they got the prescriptions for her and proceeded to rant "it's no reason he's sick; if I lived where he does I probably would be sick too!" and then went on to trash talk our apartment, though this person had never been there. All of our tenants are long time tenants...hardly a sign of dissatisfaction. After all, we were running errands for our tenant! Hardly a sign of negligence. We never go there ourselves, and after running this errand for someone else, we remembered why!

I've been a customer of Lechs's for about a year now. I've been happy with them but witnessed terrible customer service today. The one employee who works there was very abrupt with a customer. She seemed to have all she could do to answer his questions. The pharmacist finally took over to help the customer. This employee then preceded to talk to the next customer discussing the weather. I do not know her name - just that she wore a diamond stud in her nose. I've been in management retail for a number of years. You do not treat customers that way.
