I went here for back brakes because a different car shop said they would have to be replaced, but when I went here they said my back brakes were fine and had a lot of life left so I think the last shop was trying to get money out of me so they ended up saving me $500 here! I also really like that they do actual pictures on your print out so you can see they aren’t trying to swindle you like a lot of shops do!

First time using Zimmerman's and I was a little apprehensive at first because I was getting my timing belt and water pump done on my Honda Ridgeline and it can be a difficult job. I was assured they could do it and all would be well. They did complete the job and was way cheaper than the dealer wanted. I was very happy with their work and customer service. Will definitely be back and will be sharing with everyone how great they are and the quality of their work.

This auto shop has always been amazing to all the cars I have had. They take the time to explain everything and answer all the questions I’ve ever had about anything. They’re all trustworthy people and you can absolutely tell that they only want the best for their customers & their cars. They are also always reasonably priced which is major. I won’t take my cars anywhere else.

My wife and I were moving from pa to North Carolina when our trailer wheel bearing failed. The technician rebuilt both hubs and got us back on the road in a timely manner even working into his lunch break. It is also the cleanest well kept garage I’ve ever been at. Thank you all so much.

Zimmerman’s Auto Repair definitely saved the day for my fiancé, 2 dogs and myself today! As we were driving home from Upstate NY to South Carolina we had some car trouble when we first crossed in to PA. Got that fixed. But the closer we got to Maryland I had to use the restroom and we noticed when we stopped that my car was smoking and had absolutely no oil in it. It was pushing closing time for them and they weren’t sure they would be able to even look at my car today but thankfully they stayed a little late to look at my car and was able to fix the mistake that my current oil and lube place made. The receptionist was absolutely AMAZING. Looked up hotels that accepted pets and offering to pick me up to get my car if it wasn’t fixed today. So thankful it was an easy fix. I cannot thank everyone there enough! Y’all are truly amazing people!

Had them clean out my air intake. They decided to pull my wheels and check my brakes. Never asked them to do this. They cross threaded several lug nuts. I went and got the parts to change my brakes myself but couldn't get the lug nuts off. So I called them and asked if they could do the brakes and they told me no cause I had my own parts. Set up if you ask me.

So. I drive a 24 year old car. The mechanics always take great care of my car to make sure it is road safe for as long as it continues to last. The secretary is super sweet and punctual as well. From start to finish Zimmermans was open and honest. The repairs that were needed would have easily cost well over 10k anywhere else. Not at Zimmermans, all the work that was done was well below 10k. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. They stayed in contact with me every step of the way. This was my first experience with them since I'm new to the area. The work they did was immaculate. So much so that I put my second vehicle in the shop for some repairs and they found out the issue and had it repaired within 2 days. They have a guaranteed customer that will surely return anytime one of my vehicles need work done.Services: Oil change

Not satisfied with them starting a job on my car and not finishing.Edit: Got my car fixed today. All that had to be done was reconnect the electrical conection for the valve. They told me I had a valve leak and it needed replaced. Sketchy shop, go here if you want scammed.

I can’t speak highly enough of Zimmerman’s! I am not usually the review leaving type but the service here was so exceptional that I had to. My car broke down on the highway and I got it over to Zimmerman’s. They kept me informed about what was going on and went out of their way to make the process of getting my car fixed as painless as possible. Once the issue looked to be something covered under warranty by the car company, he get my car to the dealership. The prices were very reasonable the service was outstanding.
